This is a favorite. Awesome fresh records and a great selection of used gems to sift through. Great folks too.
Nice shop, nice selection of records. CD and cassette tape selection is subpar. Used records are bit tight so they get damaged by the day. Staff seems over it, at least when I was in. Maybe it's me. I look creepy so it's usual that nobody asks if I need anything, or that staff smiles around me, or that they act respectful about me spending cash in their place. I tend to spend a lot where the vibe thrives... this place has none towards me.
Small and mighty! This place has something for everyone. Great selection of new and used vinyl. Some great store merch as well! Hats and shirts are well made! If you come by make sure to grab a taco next door!
Great selection of new and used records. Everything, even the used records are all packaged and well taken care of. The shop is organized and labeled super neatly. Staff is nice, helpful, and play good music while you peruse
Tips: If you are looking for rare vinyls or just in the mood to explore new music, this is the place for you! You probably won't find many pop music vinyls like you would see at Target, but you'll find many great selections of punk, rock, alternative, and more! The shop is clean and organize. The shop also ship worldwide and if you live locally, they will accommodate local pick up.
The customer service here is top notch. Whenever I've had any questions or issues, I've usually received a response within 24 hrs and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. Shipping is lightning fast! Great selection of new and used Gems. Do yourself a favor and give them a visit, OR order online.
Hands down the best vinyl record shop in California. Ive been all over the state and Nobody even comes close, not even stores like amoeba or rasputin can compete with the raw quality and diverse selection of NEW vinyls, cds, and cassettes. Especially the vinyls. Some stores may do cds better, some might even do cassettes better, but NOBODY does vinyl better than these dudes. This is the only place where i walked in looking for a metal album, and i walked out with gabor szabo, wu tang, carcass, mac demarco, and thundercat. Who else has THAT kind of quality selection? Answer, just these dudes.
Long time Pinhead Gunpowder fan, but constantly out of the loop on things. With a Google search, I was ecstatic upon discovering 1-2-3-4 Go! Records. The music that’s come from Oakland has meant so much to me and others over the years. Just receiving something from a place I long to visit fills me with joy. Why you should shop? Great products, the shirts are nice and the Ebbets Field Flannels broke my no SnapBack rule hats are absolute works of art. Would love fitted, but as I’m only familiar with New Era and live in Canada, didn’t wanna play roulette. Also, great customer service and fast shipping. Only con, can’t stop shopping!
