Free parking in the structure. Park in the 3rd level for easy access to movie theater. Arcade games are available. Popcorn, hotdogs, and other snacks are available. Seats are not recliners. Restrooms smell.
Not impressed. This theater is located inside a mall. There are no clear directions for parking and even within the mall there are no clear directions to get to the theater. I went at a time when the front escalator was not working and it was really hard to figure out how to get to the theater. I usually go a few minutes before the start of the movie but had to spend extra 15 mins to figure out parking and getting to the theater. The seats were also not that impressive. If you have an option, go to some other theater with ease of getting in.
It’s a decent movie theater, I watched a movie here on a Friday afternoon, and it was easy to find the theater. They’ve elevators that take you directly from the parking up to the floor on which the theatre is. I wish the seats were a little more comfortable considering the prices that they charge. The acoustics inside the theater were good, and the staff seemed helpful. In case you’re coming via Caltrain, the nearest train stationSan Bruno is a 12 minute walk from the theater. The Bart station is right next to where the theater is.
Comfortable theater with a big selection of films. 1. Location -- in the Tanforan Shops - mall on El Camino 2. Theater is on the second level of the mall --- BUT --- important! --- theater has two levels - a box office level on the second floor of the mall -- and the actual screens and snack bar are a level above that 3. Entry --- you can come via the mall or via the parking structure. The elevator of the parking structure will bring you to the screen level of the theater. If you have not pre-purchased tickets with your Cinemark App, you'll need to go a level down to the box office level. 4. Accessibility --- elevators and escalators Some of the escalators and elevators might be broken. Be prepared for - make time for - finding a working escalator or elevator. 5. Accessibility - bathrooms -- the stall that is marked for accessibility is fine -- the toilets in the other stalls are very low to the ground. 6. Cleanliness and comfort - the theater is clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. 7. Staff - helpful 8. Choice of films -- good selection and often includes a film in a language other than English such as Hindi or Tagalog 9. Parking -- park in the large parking lot surrounding the shopping mall or park in the parking structure. The parking structure has an elevator that connects to the screen level of the mall. You can also exit the parking structure and walk just a very short distance to the entrance of the mall that is by the Food Court. 10. Getting there --- car, BART, bus, bicycle - all options work well.
I can only say that auditorium room 9 needs better comfortable seats. The Rows are to close,the person behind me kept kicking my seat. But l will say everything is clean. Staff is friendly.
Great experience overall - came here to see Oppenheimer on its opening weekend. Only critique is that the parking structure is kinda sketch at midnight with sus-looking people milling about in the shadows.
Plenty of parking, theater is clean, and screen and sound systems are good. workers are polite. Pizza, hotdogs, popcorn, icee, and a variety of snacks.
Very comfortable seats, great surround sound, delicious and various theater snacks to choose from...including ICEES!!!! All around a great family friendly place for people of all ages!
The staff was helpful. But one of the elevators was down & the other one was overwhelmed. There are escalators, but I had a wheelchair and was unable to access them.
Reserved seating that was questionable until I order in advance get my seat and don't need to be there super early to get the good ones
