The owner is always nice and friendly as is the staff that works at this store. They have pretty much everything you may need as far as odds and ends.Fast, quick and convenient for the items you may need. He keeps a good stock of various school supplies. The foam presentation boards are always offered in different colors here..I will be back.
They're always friendly and have just what you're looking for and more. Nice selection of decorations, glassware/plasticware, cards, and little surprises once in a while. I just picked up genuine Bee used casino playing cards which are always pristine.
Great owner and lots of Christian items available.. Also Cards. Great stock plastic sealed. Don't spend 5, 6 dollars. Get 6 for that price. Hallmark gets rich... Spend that money on your honey instead
Always have great merchandise, often stop here for small things I need before going to Walgreens. Friendly staff and always find great impulse items that last a long time. Always happy with the stuff I buy here.
Decent selection for a dollar store. Staff is very pleasant to deal with. One MAJOR observation though, their sign says "nothing over .99 cents" yet they advertise some items inside for $2, $3. & $4. Aside from their poor interpretation of dollar store pricing etequite, they're an okay store.

This is our favorite go - to store for those last minute gifts. They have a great selection of hats, gloves, ear muffs, masks, and scarves for the winter. Very popular in the winter months.
The 1 Dollar Deal store is great for a quick stop for things forgotten during my regular shopping trip. Plus, you can't beat the price. Another good thing about 1 Dollar Deal is theu carry alot of unusual items tjat i ny wjen i want yo complete a set of items when 1 or 2 of the items have been lost or broken.
BE ALERT ! ! ! when paying at 1 $ Deal Discount Store in Succassunna, NJ I had been a regular supporting customer at this dollar store in our community. The reason was they had a good selection of goods and true to the dollar cost items with no hidden SWITCH & BAIT charges. However, yesterday I purchased 2 items and had to pay by cash because they required a minimum purchase amount of $5 in order to charge with credit card. I am sure that I gave the cashier a $20 bill because I had custom sew, for myself, a wallet that separates my bills in four different compartments after my past experience at a fast food store. That specific incident, I had to wait after they recounted the tilt box amount to verify I did give them the amount of a $20 bill. When the cashier give me my change it was -$10 short and I informed her that I gave her a $ 20 bill and she states I gave her a $10. Instead of leaving my $20 bill out on top of the tilt box she already put the bill in the tilt drawer before completing the transaction. I proceed to asked to speak to the manager of the store, instead of asking for the manager she told me she has to go an view to verify with the security camera. After more than 10 long minutes she returned and states it was a $10 bill that I gave her. I requested to view the security footage, went to back office and saw the manager. On his iPhone we view the segment and there were NO clear zoom in verification if the bill was $10 or $20. I proceed to request that he counts the tilt box to verify if the cashbox had a surplus of $10. He refused do it until the closing at 9 pm. I gave him my phone number to call me which he FAILED to notify me. in conclusion, a further lesson learned when paying in cash verify orally confirming the bill amount you are giving the casher. In addition, this 1 $ Deal store due to their lack of good faith with their regular customer LOST me as a patron.
As dollar stores go I would have to say it's pretty good. It is loaded with good merchandise and is a clean store. The ownership is very nice as well so I wouldn't hesitate to visit.
