1-N-Only Airport Taxi

They shouldn't say 24/7 ! I had passenger desperately needing to go back home to get her phone and used my phone to call this cab company but they never answered their phone. A company is useless unless they answer their phone.

I called, as the website instructs, on Thursday to reserve a ride to the airport on Saturday at noon. The person who answered the phone to all of the details and confirmed the pickup at noon on Saturday. No one showed up and when I called to find out where the taxi was, I was told there was nothing in there system for my pickup. I was told it is better to book online instead of calling even though their website emphasizes calling to make a reservation. I was forced to drive to the airport and incur the cost of long term parking due to their screw up.I would not use this company as they have proven to be unreliable.

You guys need to update your website if you're going to refuse reservations because I didn't call two or three days in advance. Your FAQs say that you can accommodate last minute reservations. But there was absolutely no accommodation whatsoever. It's 1:00 in the afternoon and I need a ride for tomorrow morning. But the guy basically said sorry, we're booked up, and that was it. Thankfully you're not the one and only taxi service in town.

2 days earlier I scheduled a pickup appointment for 4 am for a ride to the airport for a 5:50 flight. I was told that it would be $30, which I thought was a good price. The time of the appointment came but there was no taxi, I started calling at 4:01 am to get an eta on the taxi, thinking it was running late due to the rain it was raining hard. At 4:13 am I gave up. I have never received a call back with an explanation or anything. I left 2 messages and called 6 times total trying to reach them with no luck. This was February 24, 2022. I would not recommend this company,

Driver was late. After calling owner to find out where taxi was, driver said she had been sitting outside for 20 minutes. Never once called. She was at the wrong address apparently. If she was really outside a house and waiting that long why wouldn’t she call. Terrible! Almost made me miss my flight.

When my beloved '85 Ford 150 Lariat, Bart, caught on fire for the 3rd time, I was in a real travel pickle. I was on my way to a pivotal doctor's appointment, my husband was out of town, and I had promised my elderly neighbor I would take him to HIS doctor's appointment later in the day. I panicked. Then I thought, "I know. I will call 1-N-Only Taxi"! My taxi driver Teresa arrived just in time before the tow truck came to get Bart. I told her I needed her for the whole afternoon---to and from Doctor's appointments. I got my neighbor to his almost in time, and the day was saved. What's more, I felt like royalty. It was a fantastic experience. The best part was when the bill came, I was expecting a much higher a bill; instead, I was able to leave a nice tip. Thank you 1-N-Only for saving my day! By the way, don't fret. I got my precious Bart fixed. He is strictly non smoking now!
