SIMON IS THE BEST!!!! Lol idk why people use their friends or their brother in law's cousin etc. Why trust amateurs with the biggest purchase of your life?! Simon is NO amateur!! So glad we went with him. He was recommended to us by our Financial Advisor and he said Simon is the best there is. Simon is very quick to respond. I could not imagine having someone that doesn't respond!! Simon moves quickly and his calm demeanor makes us feel great in a nerve-wracking time. Also Simon is very professional and also has a very caring side to him. He said that seeing his clients happy is what pushes him to continue moving forward and doing his best. Seriously, if you don't go with a good, caring, fast-responding real estate agent, you are going to lose out on your dream home or lose thousands of dollars!! Fire your friends and hire Simon!! Literally, we were looking for a place to buy for 4 hours and then a month later, we have the keys to our place!! Everything was just meant to be. Thank you Simon!

My family and I were blown away by their expertise and dedication to helping us find our ideal home. And let me tell you, we're not an easy family to please. I wanted a pool and yard, and my boyfriend wanted a spacious garage for his vintage car, and our teenage daughter had very specific requirements for her bedroom because, you know, teenagers. But somehow, Simon and David managed to find a home that checked all the boxes. The best part? They did it all with a great sense of humor. Buying a home can be a stressful and overwhelming process, but Simon and David kept us laughing and feeling at ease throughout the entire process. Their positive attitudes and contagious laughter were just what we needed to keep our spirits up during the more tedious parts of the home-buying journey.
