While the gym is always open to members, our shop hours are 8am-10pm Monday-Friday for sign-ups, supplements, and smoothies.
We pride ourselves in continuously serving the best as well.
1 Stop has also sponsored many events and successful athletes within the Kingsville community--including worldwide record holders.
We are happy to more recently provide further community and individual enrichment with the benefit of our licensed massage therapists on hand.

Yoga practice constitutes conscious awareness and involvement of the whole individual in many postures from body alignment, to breathing.
Pain, and dysfunction of the body stem from more than just physical causes. Imbalances upon the individual occur from all aspects of the human condition. "Regardless if the pain is physical or emotional, skeletal muscles reflexively contract around pain."
What we think, and how we move daily can be a common source of dysfunction, pain, and discontentment.
