The worst. The security in charge is extremely rude. He talks over you and apparently has a bunch of girls if you know you know walking around weird. Before checking out he's already harassing knocking loud. Charges $20 if you visitors. He won't give you a key, literally he opens the door for you and if you ask for a key he asks for a $20 deposit or ID. If you "break" his rules he demands you to leave without refund. Rooms are dirty, places like this I move stuff around always and yet I found lots of items I found two ice cream bars in the freezer, pipes, underwear, and money yes money. With all that said, I think this place needs to be shutdown or get new management because I have the gut feeling that the person there is not in good mental conditions to run the place and he's abusing from people's rights.

108 motel was nice and cozy. The room was clean, the bed well made, we got the room for my friend's birthday so the staff were attentive and patient. I liked it mostly because of the people who made us feel welcome.
The motel is located in a low income area with a lot of negative influences. Use your imagination. Just mind your business when you are there. The rooms are very small and many are very run down and dirty, but I guess for $40/night that is what is to be expected. Other than that, everything is sufficient.
The most nasty ass motel I ever been in. Roaches are everywhere in the microwave and in the little refrigerator that they have in the room. Very poor environment. They have curtains when they really need blinds. The curtains are going over the a/c .....It’s extremely sad when the county refer you to to this place when you are homeless. Because this motel will glad take that check but won’t put in money into this place. It’s extremely nasty it makes you wanna. Not a good environment at all when you have kids with you. It’s just a real nasty motel that they need to possibly just tear it down.
Never made in this place: other filthy and not worth it place. owners of places like these are uncomfortable talking about the type of clients visits here, it's no wonder because of illegal activities, absolutely a waste of money and time! it's in the worst type of area! and the worst type of community. Do not think your going to walk out of this place with out germs, I would recommend go somewhere else to avoid all the lies and all hookers. Avoid this place and save your money. This place not only poorly ran but it's bring down the local community.
Rip off nastiest room i ever been and its a rip off he onew i was desperate and needed a room so he charged me 60 bucks for 3 hours very nasty place save your money and the owner is rude and disrespectful
This grown bum I used to know just sent me a video of this dirty place with paint peeling off the walls and scum in every corner. He pretended he paid for the hotel when it was his sisters county voucher lol. SAD. This motel is the reason people dont stay at MOTELS ! Yuck....
If you are broke and don't mind sharing a small room with roaches this is the place to be
