Everything you could ever want or need while staying in College Station. Game Day experience was 1st class all the way. Donuts in the morning, shuttle to the game and back.....the staff was outstanding. Well done to all. I cannot wait to bring my family back for the South Carolina game in October. Gig em.
The family and I stayed there over the weekend 4-22-22 and loved it. I was in town for Fire Training and it was good proximity to the fire field. This park is only a few miles out of the busy campus area and was just right for what we wanted. The park had great showers and small general store. It also has a dump station if needed. All the sights are concrete and the site we were in was pretty level side to side but not as much front to back. This wasn't a big deal and we easily took care of that. We thought the park was quiet and we didn't experience anything that we considered unpleasant. The Wifi was by far the best out of all the RV parks we have stayed in. We will definitely stay at this park again
What a nice, quiet, clean RV park. One of the nicer ones we’ve stayed in. They do need a fan repair in one of the shower areas and need to put the toilet roll dispenser closer to the toilet in a half bath, and have a few ant beds that need attention I chase them all over my yard!. Our 42’ toy hauler barely fit in the space, but I’s stat here again anytime! Concrete pads and blacktop driveway. Office is in a weird location, hard to see but the only building on the left.
Top choice in College Station!! Rates are great, only $200/week! Really close to College Station and Kyle Field. Wife and I really like the amenities, great clubhouse, bathrooms are clean.
Great facility! Full hookups, 50A service, concrete pads for the rig + enough space to park the tow vehicle & another car. Last weekend was our first time at this spot, but if our kid goes to A&M, we'll definitely be back. I had a minor self-inflicted issue at checkout, lost the key to my hitch pin, and needed a little extra time to run out and get an angle-grinder. I called the office to let them know, and they were absolutely accommodating and sympathetic to my situation. I....um....I found the spare key, after spending a few hours searching around the rig, getting sunburned, recruiting some neighboring campers to help with the search, and then finally heading out and buying an angle grinder. Past-me had predicted this particular failure mode and hidden a spare in the truck. Me-in-the-moment-of-panic didn't remember. I still have no idea how the main key was the only one to pop off of my keyring. Met a few seasonals/long-term campers, and they were all as friendly as could be. Josh, across the road from our spot in lot 50, was a wealth of knowledge; he had some terrific guidance on residence halls, local shops, and just great things to say about 12th Park in general. Hope to see y'all again soon! And now that I have an angle grinder in the toolbox, I shouldn't ever lose the key again.
Stayed here long term for almost a year. This was a fantastic find. Nancy is absolutely amazing and really cares about everyone in the community. Football weekends were very fun and brought most of the community to the clubhouse to watch the games and mingle. The facility was always clean and comfortable, including the private showers. I would highly recommend staying here and will be back if I ever need to spend more time in College Station.
This is a fine RV park. Good power and sewage hookups, level concrete pads and friendly staff. Very close to downtown College Station.
By far, this is the best RV park we have stayed at in the area. The park is clean and quite. Nancy, the park manager, is so nice and made our stay effortless. In addition to the RV sites, there is a tiny home for rent at the park. Evenings on the porch there with family were the best! The interior of the home is simple, clean and relaxing with a full kitchen and separate bedroom. Loved it!
This is our second visit here and this trip was less than perfect. We got a great site but all the grass in the park is dry and dead. There were fire ants everywhere and hidden stretches of ankle breaking holes in the lawn. The morning we are leaving I fell in one of them and twisted my ankle, hurt my knee and my wrist. On a positive not the park was quiet.
We have been staying at 12th Park since it opened last Fall and we won’t ever stay anywhere else when we are in College Station. The owners and staff are amazing! We are from Florida and keep our RV there during Aggie volleyball/football season. The amenities are so well maintained and are so clean. The grounds are beautiful! So peaceful and still only six minutes from campus. We love the free game day shuttle for football!
