Originally built circa 1885 as a manufacturing facility for horse drawn carriages,
14 Cedar Street has been developed into sustainable, affordable work spaces
for architects, designers, builders, artists and creative entrepreneurs.
Sustainable remodeling practices were employed during the development
of the property with the intention of making it a showcase for innovative,
renewable, efficiency, and load-reduction technology.
