Every other Sunday after riding lessons for my Granddaughter Hannah, we come to the East Greenbush 16 Handles because it is the most delicious frozen yogurt anywhere, and believe me, we have tried them all, but nothing is better than 16 Handles!! The flavors are all delicious but we love Salted Caramel the best!! The toppings look amazing and there are so many to choose from but we prefer the frozen yogurt without anything on it, just pure deliciousness!!! The place is always clean and tidy and the staff is always kind, friendly, cheerful, courteous and knowledgeable! I have many allergies and they help me with that too!!! Sometimes there is a kids party going on which is nice seeing kids having a great time! We love it there and by the way, Hannah is constantly asking to go, she would want it everyday, so we do go on other days aside from Sunday! True story! Hannah broke a nail and was upset and told me the only thing that would make her feel better was to go to 16 Handles!!! Lol best place EVER!!! Thank you!!
AMAZING!!! Self-serve frozen yogurt, multiple flavors and so many topping options. Very clean. Staff was super friendly, happy, and on top of everything! They were pleasant to speak with, quick to respond to my 'oh no, there's no more vanilla!' : and quickly refilled it. A lot of people came in at the same time so they were busy, but efficient. The kids and maybe some adults like me love the photo booth! Which I somehow couldn't figure out, so the very nice young man assisted me. We had too much fun for it to be just a frozen yogurt joint. Even took some to go! Smiling and happy employees = smiling and happy customers! Great job! I highly recommend this location.
Awesome location, clean, great staff. Great and professional Introduction to new flavors and store features/sales etc. Every flavor is so good yet light to enjoy. It's summer!! Please visit this location.
Delicious frozen yogurt with plenty of toppings. Only reason for missing the last star is that it seemed like half of the flavors were out of order like a McDonald’s ice cream machine. Otherwise recommend
The only place near Albany, NY that I have found that has met and exceeded my expectations as a frozen yogurt junkie from Texas. They have 16 varieties of flavors and plenty of toppings, including whipped cream mind-blowing. Would definitely recommend
14 dollars for a medium flavored ice cream water taste was bad. I'm not sure if it was sitting in the machine a while or what, but not worth what they are charging
The best tasting yogurt in the Capital Region. I just wish they had super size cups so I can fit both the 16 flavors and toppings in it at the same time. I can't choose a favorite. I love them all! I tried all 16 in one visit.
The gentleman working was so kind and helpful. And the fro-yo is delicious! Loved the salted caramel, Nutella & orange creamsicle
Quick service. Super clean - the employee working today was diligently cleaning the whole time we were there. Toppings were neat and organized. Price is based on weight, so you can go cheap if you want.
On 1/23/23 at approximately 530 my family went into the store located in East greenbush and Adam the employee working was absolutely amazing to everyone in my party but especially my daughter who was celebrating her 3rd birthday ..he went above all of our expectations and put a candle in some fro yo and gave her a personalized balloon and helped sing happy birthday which she absolutely loved. Personally I do not see this often in customer service and I just thought everyone should know that he was exceptional and deserves a raise for the effort he provides at work. We really appreciate his kindness and wish more people were like him. Thank you again from a very grateful customer.
