17 State Street Cafe

Not enough wait staff. Had to wait 10 to 15 minutes each time the waiter came over. Male waiter was very obtuse. Noise level way too high to enjoy the breakfast. Great food!!! Unfortunately we will not be back or recommending your restaurant. We loved it when it was in Rowley, but not the same restaurant.

Good was excellent. Fresh and perfectly cooked. Went for brunch and very busy. Only complaint was that they seemed to be going on all directions. All employees trying to do everything so it was a little chaotic. All we're very friendly though. Other than that it was great. Will definitely go back to try lunch and dinner.

The food was good, but not nearly good enough to justify waiting half an hour for drinks, and an hour for food. The service was unfriendly at best, and overall incompetent 1/3 dishes was served as ordered. This business has received it's last business from me.

The service was horrible, the food took too long, and out of the four of us eating, only one actually enjoyed his meal. Apparently the breakfast is good, but the lunch is made with subpar ingredients I could see through my tomatoes and, for us at least, with a lot of mistakes.

1st time here and I was totally disappointed, the service was so bad! Ordered and waitress kept forgetting us. Our drinks took forever we ordered water and that took forever! Our cold food order came out incomplete and also it took forever!I think if the service was better maybe it would have been 1 or. Better. I won't go back.

We go often to 17 State and appreciated wait staff adjusting bill for an entree that was too spicey for me. Food is consistently good and music is great addition. Casual atmosphere and reasonble pricing!

The food is very good and fresh for the price! The dishes are good to share so you can try different things. Service was fast.

The host and Hostess there are simply amazing it's just like watching a show but they're really working all the stuff there are super friendly and very attentive to your needs reservations for large parties but always willing to accommodate within 15 to 20 minutes for a large party homemade food from scratch just like you would make yourself Kathy has been a cook but decades and decades and Kip is fantastic his taste buds will Amaze you

Rough service. Very unfriendly bordering on mean. Food was okay to good for the 5 in our group. Have been 3x and service typically is poor.

Loved my waiter Michael he was fantastic and the food was great too!
