What a pleasant surprise! Who knew this was here? I drove right by it the day before.‍ They have a unique layout and some very well put together exhibits. In many ways I enjoyed this museum better than some of the larger ones I've been to They have a very famous airplane there which flew in D-Day and then flew back 70 years later for the anniversary! Apparently the Memphis Belle was also here for several years until a few years ago Many of their aircraft are still flying and available for rides! I was there on a Sunday and nothing was flying. Definitely a hidden gem. Lots of history here. Much to read and learn‍
There are tours available, but mostly self guided. Tons of equipment, back stories on individuals and more. A volunteer was in the large hangar and was very knowledgeable about the planes. Some planes have physical access, so you can get in the cockpit area and fuselage; something you don't get just anywhere else. Most interesting was the active C-47 which was part of D-Day.
I love visiting this place every year for the greatest show on turf! The air show is wonderful and the museum is also just as delightful. There is a lot to see so make sure you take your time but it's not so big that it's overwhelming to walk through. If you like airplanes or world war II era artifacts this is the place for you!Visited onWeekendWait timeUp to 10 minReservation recommendedYesPrice for adult entry$6–10
We had a tour guide named Andy. He was the absolute best. So much knowledge that shared with us. It was a few hour tour. One you should check out and if Andy is around ask him to do the tour.
Great place to visit. Staff was very polite and helpful. Had a ride on whiskey 7. Was a great flight! Highly recommend!Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot surePrice for adult entry$6–10
Went for the air show and we were very impressed. This is a hidden jem located right here in the Finger Lakes. We will definitely be back!Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYesPrice for adult entry$31+
Some great exhibits though not as large as some but way offset by the knowledge and helpfulness of the volunteer guides. Getting up close and personal with the aircraft is a bonus!Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entry$6–10
Fun family visit. Great for the family. More than you think to explore in the exhibits.

It was our first time attending the airshow here. It definitely won't be our last. So many things to see up close, not to mention the sight and sounds of the airshow demos. Food vendors could have been more prepared, but that has nothing to do with the great show.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes
