I found everything i needed. Also the form with pink hair that work there was so sweet and help my sister with a wig and taught us how to put one on since it was the first time for us. She made us feel so comfortable when we were asking questions and made us feel welcome. She has excellent customer service skills and the owners of the store are lucky to have her.

Love this store! Has a wide range of products for all hair types and I can always find makeup & hair accessories I see trending online. I always come for the jewelry! Affordable, high quality, and great products for all ages!

This used to be one of my favorite beauty supply stores. Customer service has changed significantly! The overweight red/orange hair cashier was not friendly and unwelcoming. All I observed her doing was smoking cigarettes, eating and be unpleasant to customers., I felt unappreciated as a customer. Won’t be returning!

Located centrally in Lakeland for me off of Memorial Boulevard they actually have a couple down that strip very conveniently located very very conveniently located and the girl that does the eyebrows give her a chance if you want your brows done here you go

Nice size beauty supply store in an area that close to major streets. Prices are decent, could use more inventory for better selection of braiding hair to choose from. The photo is of a hairstyle that I am aiming to achieve in the fall. So I like the fact that there are photos in the store to show you what the style could like like. That's a plus. This store sales a variety of items from wigs, synthetics, sun glasses, lashes of all kinds, jewelry, make-up, etc. It's like a one stop shop to get glam'd up!

Stopped in again today to get a wish order, again no one here knows how to get my wish order!! Not the first time I have drove accost town to get an order, and made the drive for nothing. Stop waiting my time! If you don't want to deal with Wish, then don't. Don't send me notices sayin come get your stuff, then I can't get it, and if you do not pick up your stuff in time, they charge a fee, and partially refund the purchase. It's not fair!!

Love coming here. They always have what I need and all in one place. Prices are reasonable. Hair care products, styling tools, self care stuff, and accessories all in one place!

I had a hair "mishap" you'd say and I needed a wig BAD to cover it up til it grew back, I've never worn a wig before so I searched on google and found first choice. I LOVE THIS STORE! the staff was so nice and helpful, they really made me feel comfortable as I was kind of embarrassed about my hair. I would recommend this store to everyone! They have great prices and an even greater staff!

I am usually very pleased when I visit this store. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars there. However, today I was sold hair color that did not take on my hair. It rinsed completely back out of my hair. When I went back, the employees acted as though I was lying and even said that no one else has ever said that. I have no reason to lie. I’ve never brought anything back to the store in the many years that frequented it. I am disappointed because my integrity was challenged. They should have offered an exchange. Today, the customer service was poor and for that they have lost my business.

Great customer service they where very honest with their opinion on the quality of hair no matter the price. If the cheaper hair is better they will tell you the truth, not lie to you and get you to buy whatever they have I never leave this place empty handed the Girls are so helpful they make you feel welcomed you will not leave this store without finding what where where looking for or buying something you like!
