Im more giving the star rating for this particular doctor not so much of the clinic itself. We normally see Dr. Murphy and he is an amazing doctor however we couldn’t get in with him because he was extremely booked we saw Dr. Jessica and this experience was the first and the last time I will ever have my kids see her. We went in because my kids were running a fever had a major cough, runny nose, sneezing and was told by her to alternate ibuprofen and Tylenol for fever, and give Zyrtec in the morning and Benadryl at night no problem however my son came to me last night and told me his ears were hurting and I thought that’s not possible because she checked both his ears when we saw her and she said they were all “good and clear”. We went to another doctor for a second opinion and she told us that both my kids had major ear infections that easily could have been caught the day prior. Definitely will not ever be seeing her again.

Our mom has received wonderful care at the Pocahontas Clinic. All of the staff we have encountered are very helpful and friendly and make our mom feel at ease! My sis and I highly recommend!

Dr Murphy is an amazing pediatrician and is the only reason I’m even rating two stars. Clinic claims to open 8-5 M-F but the phones sometimes won’t start taking calls until after 9, some days you can call at 8:10 and they’ll be taking calls but never will a call go through at 8am. It’s just ridiculous, I shouldn’t have to sit around a phone all morning trying to schedule an appointment. Either change your listed hours of business or actually turn on your phones at 8am! I truly wish Dr Murphy worked at a clinic that operated better. This is frustrating and inconvenient.

Started out being a good place with a good Dr. But now Dr. Mangroo has lost focus and overlaps patient info. Last patient had trouble affording medication and then told me I had trouble paying. Money is not always fabulous but I have too much pride to ever say that.. Saw for a stomach problem he ordered colonoscopy. Really Isn't that the wrong end? Found from other Doctor I have esophagus and stomach issues from a lap and problems. I already told Mangroo that. I had to go around him to get the help I needed. Then he dumped me as a client for non compliance. So 101 of a Dr. He should know a head from an A** Awesome Dr. For you if you want someone with a God complex and you will just comply without asking questions. Staff and especially Bobbie are awesome. BTW didn't have the balls to say to me I don't think this patient relationship works. Had staff send a letter

I switched family doctors to Navin mangroo and that us one if the best decision I have ever made not only does he explain and even over explain stuff so you know what you are dealing with he actually gave me alot of personal advice that has really helped me and gave me alot of confidence. Best doctor I have ever met.

My experience is one of the worse I have ever had when dealing with a doctor's office. Leah Privette refused to give me healthcare. She refused to order simple blood work and an exam because I am pregnant. Yet she says she does womens healthcare. All I asked was for the first test to be done so that I know everything is ok and she refused to allow me to sign a waiver exempting her from any responsibility. The fact that this facility would rather wash their hands of a person and not care if a woman has a miscarriage or not is disgusting and immoral.

They'll just ignore your symptoms and give you a covid test so they can be done with you. Look elsewhere for care
