The staff are nice, the unit was spacious, but upon removing our items from the unit we discovered rat droppings and roaches. We followed the rules of having no food in our unit. It’s unfortunate we had to throw some items away.
Great customer service, clean environment. The manager does all she can to run a smooth ship and it shows. Place always looks clean and smells clean.
Awesome people! Super friendly, super helpful! Needed somewhere to store our boat when she wasn't in the water. It's a big big boat so that made our choices a little slimmer. I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for a space but I also wanted a safe place...yeah that's asking a lot BUT 1st Choice Storage came through! We got a big parking space, well lit, locked gate and excellent price! Oh did I mention how nice they are? Give them a call and let them know what you need let them know when you're on the way & a fresh pot of coffee will be waiting on ya.
We are very pleased with this storage facility! It is well-maintained and clean. Our lot is large and easily stores our boat. The rules and regulations are clearly laid out and easy to understand. The two employees are the absolute best!!! Kay and Ashley are so friendly and efficient at their jobs. Ms. Kay was so kind to our son, Dylan - she gave him some items from her own personal storage shed!! She's just such a nice and generous person. Thank you, Ms. Kay!! We highly recommend this storage facility! :

Very happy with 1st Choice Storage in Baytown. We have used them for years for outdoor storage of a camper, as well as indoor, climate-controlled storage of other things. The lot and units are neat and clean, and the employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We recommend them to friends.
Ashely at 1st Choice Storage is absolutely wonderful!! She always take care of us and helps us tremendously with our storage needs and our clients! We have used them for 2+ years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
The nicest people you will ever meet! We have a very big boat that we were trying to find storage for her during the winter. 1st Choice went above and beyond to help us! From the owner to the secretary they were awesome! They even put a fresh pot of coffee on for us when we came in to sign papers. From large spacious lots to several options and specials to choose from you can't go wrong! I highly recommend this company!
We love this storage facility! Ashley is so helpful! Anytime I've had a question she has helped me. Hands down the nices people around!
Definitely my go to storage place! Would recommend to anybody. The manager Ashley always makes sure you're well taken care of.
