A semi-private strength training studio which offers a unique form of strength training that is performed on highly specialized, safe equipment always supervised by a Personal Fitness Coach and is accomplished in only 20 minutes a week!

Products

Our program is unique in several ways:

You'll train differently. We use a scientifically based fitness approach known as "slow-cadence" (or slow motion) training. Working on specialized physical therapy equipment, you'll lift weights in a series of ultra slow movements, causing your muscles to work harder and producing far better, faster results (50 to 59% better) than traditional strength training.

You'll work with a certified Personal Fitness Coach. Your Coach will stay at your side, calibrating the equipment for you and leading you safely through each exercise.

You'll complete your workout in a quiet, "non-gym" environment.

Your workout only takes 20 minutes! During each session, you will be training on six to seven machines, taking each major muscle group to exhaustion. Because of the nature of the training regimen, it only takes 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 minutes of exercise per machine to reach muscle failure. And since we work by appointment only, there is no waiting for equipment.

You'll train only once - or, at most, twice - a week. Because of the nature of the workout, you'll get all the health and fitness benefits with just one session a week. Some clients, however, find a twice-a week program more beneficial due to their physical condition.



"We offer 1 on 1 Strength Training sessions guided by our Certified Personal Trainers within a Semi-Private environment. All of our exercises are performed on Physical Therapy Grade Equipment manufactured by MedX Inc. We specialize in building Bone Density and Lean Muscle Mass using a unique strength training method referred to as Slow Cadence Strength Training. This form of Strength Training allows us to obtain an equally effective workout in just One 20 Minute Session per week. Our gym equipment is customizable and allows us to set up each machine to fit each person specifically while also greatly reducing the risk of injury. We operate on an appointment only basis and our Initial Orientations are Complimentary with no purchase necessary."

I currently train with SJ and appreciate her knowledge and care more than I can express. She supervises closely, challenges me to go further, and watches for my pre-existing back issues in determining my individualized workout plan, all while keeping me laughing. I finally got my husband to join, and SJ is keeping him motivated. Blake and Stephen are also excellent trainers! Recommend highly!!
After 3 years I am over 80% stronger than when I started. Not easy but very effective. Stephen is an attentive coach. I give him alot of the credit for my success.
It really only takes 20 minutes once a week to see an immediate difference. I have not worked out for about 30 years so I was dreading getting started. Stephan is there to keep me on track and make sure I use the equipment correctly as well as offer encouragement. I have a very busy job and long hours so the flexible appointment times are a huge plus. I did not believe that only 20 minutes a week would make any difference but after 6 weeks I already see a difference particularly in my upper body strength. I also have had past spinal fusion surgery but have had no problems with this type exercise as I am well monitored.
Worked out with Blake today!! Fantastic workout. Blake has everything was set and ready to go. 20 minutes to fitness has taken the guess work out of resistance training! Machines set to my size, work out routine and weights where spot on!!
