Hello It was great‼ the entire staff was friendly, helpful and very thorough which I highly appreciate it. I had no wait time they got me to the back asked me questions, did my vitals, my blood work and an x-ray. The doctor told me my results, gave me my prescription and I was on my way home. I feel better now thanks Patient First
Was my first time ever visiting Patient First and my first experience was a good one. I was registered/checked in fast, and brought back to a room in good time. Waited in the room to be seen for about 20 min or so. The PA that examined me was friendly, informative, and understanding. Everyone from the registration staff, to the staff taking my vitals, to the staff drawing blood was friendly and efficient. Total time spent at this location was about 1hr 20 min. Which is decent. They weren't super crowded that day, so that probably helped. Good experience overall.
I loved it. That was my first visit. Everyone was kind, loving and helpful. It was more people in there than the other doctors and the wait wasn’t long at all. I love the nurse that seen me before the doctor . Might make this my new primary doctors office
My experience was Great! I arrived signed in on the Portal and was called in less than ten minutes to sign paperwork & give my ID & insurance info. Afterwards, I went back to the waiting area & was called in less than 5 minutes. My vitals were taken, x-ray done & seen by a PF immediately. The entire staff was friendly, professional and communicated very well. I had a great experience at Patient First and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an urgent care facility.
This was the best experience I could’ve ever imagined at a medical center. From the staff to the Doctor, everyone was attentive, kind and patient. The atmosphere was clean and calm, I really felt safe. The new prices weren’t unreasonable either!
My experience was really good. Customer service was exceptional. Denise & Shannon made my visit comfortable for me. My only issue is that the Dr didn't listen to me when I told her I have my own pharmacy that I wanted to use. She ignored my request and filled my prescription in house. That made my visit seem like it was about money and not my issue. Don't treat patients like they are dumb and try to get over on them.
It was like Mac Medicine.Very efficient and clean The lobby was spacious and there is a clean bathroom in the lobby. Social distancing was easy to maintain, since some of the clients did not wear masks. Total time in clinic was less than two hours. I received two cultures test; prescribed medication and an effective Dr. consultation. The Patient portal allows you to track the status of test. Very please with my 1st visit.
Patient First in Clinton, MD is a great practice. It is modern, clean and everyone from the front desk to the X-ray technician was pleasant and efficient. I did not have to wait long at all, since their check, registration, and time before I saw a doctor was efficiently handled. I was even able to check in by screen and wait in my car to be called. This practice was run like a well-oiled machine on the day I was there. The doctor was also great, taking great care to listen and understand my issue. She was knowledgeable and referred me for follow-up with a specialist close to home. Additionally, I loved that it was one stop from medical care to lab tests, X-rays and provided pharmaceuticals right on site. I got everything I needed that day and came home with medication to relieve my symptoms. I was impressed with my experience and would recommend this practice to anyone who needs urgent care, primary care and any of the other wide range of services they offer. Great practice!
It was much better than expected. It was a Friday evening. I appreciated the link to see where I was in the cue. That was very helpful information. The staff and doctor were kind and thorough. From start signing in to finish walking out the door to my car was one hour and ten minutes… which included a stop to the restroom on my way out. Very pleasant experience! Clean facility. Television in wait area. Masks and sanitizer are available.
Last time I went here, made me want to go somewhere else. The secretary at the front was very patient and efficient. The man who drew my blood was very respectful and kind but when the nurse practitioner came in I did not feel like I was going to be taken care of. I don’t know what was a wrong with her but she ran in talking, only asking one question and staring at the computer the entire appointment. I said something at she said “yeaaa” before I got half way through my sentence. She seemed very dismissive while I was already avoiding to get treatment for a problem I’d been dealing with for a few months by that point. Before she left the room she said do you have any questions and didn’t wait 5 seconds before leaving the room. I had to ask the secretary that had helped me coming in if I could talk to another nurse because she rushed out so fast all I got was “Use Vaseline in your nose and hold your head back.” I found out more serious information from the second nurse I spoke with and I was talking to her in the lobby area as I didn’t get another room. She seemed irritated too and was a bit loud while she was relaying my medical information to me, again we’re in a common area having a private conversation. The wait time was very short but I would sooner look into a different location first and weigh the options then to just come here.
