I bought quite a few things from them to put on a container to send abroad. Big mistake.  Almost everything was damaged or broken.  Bosch Washing $1250 broken and dropped but still in new packaging.  Obviously repackaged.  Braun hand blender- not in box and dirty.  Westinghouse fan- doesn’t fit together so can’t be used  Dehlongi espresso machine took in for service within 1 month to be fixed.  Really a joke.  Stay away

This place is a complete scam.  Stay away.  I ordered a 220V shaver for an upcoming trip to Europe.  They sent me a used 110V model.  I gave them the benefit of the doubt, called and explained what had happened, they were very apologetic and said they would get the right model out to me immediately.  Three days later I got another slightly less used 110V model again.  They either don't know the difference, or they're doing this deliberately.  Don't waste your money.

I had a multi-region player that died after 5 years.  They tried to help me fix it, then offered me an outstanding deal on a newer model.  Can't say better than 5 years and still great customer service!!!!

This company is a scam.  Ordered a travel converter kit and receiver a mildewy large camera case with 4 very cheap looking outlet adapters and a very inferior converter.     I called the company number to ask for a refund and they agreed but one month later and nothing.  I called the same number that had said a refund would be given and all I could hear was kids and the person on the other end saying that he did not know what I was talking about.  Sham!

I have bought two different region free players from 220 and still use them both heavily. Fast shipping, excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a region free Blu-ray player from their site. The player works fine now, but I had to troubleshoot some issues with it on my own since I sent multiple emails that went unanswered. Also, I ended up being able to speak to one of their "tech employees" who proceeded to act as if I didn't know what I was talking about. He had quite an attitude problem and spoke down to me. I am happy with my player since I was able to get it fixed myself, but I am extremely disappointed with their customer service or lack thereof.

220 Electronics is the go-to company on the Internet for region free dvd and blu-ray players.  I bought my last Oppo player from them and my latest Sony UBP X700M player.  Their prices are good, shipping fast, and their support folks are always there when you have questions both pre and post sales.  Will continue to shop with them.

Ordered once in 2011 and had had an OK experience even though the service was sub-par on the phone.  They are always willing to book an order but much less helpful when the product hasn't arrived or doesn't work as expected.  This time, I ordered and received a player that was missing a number of features listed.  Upon calling, they offered me to return the player and send me a new one that was in November.  They claim they have never received it and cannot track it unless I provide a tracking number.  When I called them again at 4:25PT today, they said they were closing asking me to call AGAIN tomorrow.  I have had it with these $%^%#%!
