If you're staying in Tijuana and you need a gym, this is a really good option. A day pass was $10 US when I went. No stair climbers but lots of ellipticals, treadmills, freeweights, cable machines, and a cool spin class setup.

Legit place to work out. Clarification on the price, there is a 200 peso fee for signing up, so your first month will 600 + another 200. Another note: no AC so it gets hot af in here.

Pros: All the great machines I like and will use no gym on Planet Earth will have every single machine you like. I have made serious progress here. Great top floor food area to get a quick drink or snack for your workout. The top floor, where all the cardio machines are, does get hot. No AC as far as I felt. Cons: Some of the patrons and esp. the younger females REALLY need to tone down the snobby attitude. I don't know what they've got going on, but I've seen less attitudes at gyms in Hollywood and La Jolla. People will leave things wherever they want, not rerack weights, etc. and expect others to clean it up-it's a shameful class issue in a caste system area. Zero gym etiquette here. And front desk needs to greet people as they're coming and going. Customer service. 3 1/2 stars in total.

Been going here for years, off and on. I always return. Great staff, plenty of equipment and good hours.

It's a club like atmosphere, it's not for the hardcore gym type. So so experience.

A little expensive, no AC, but otherwise a great gym.
