The dog wash feature is completely useless and an absolute waste of money. There's also no credit card option or potential to get change for the cash you have. We paid $20 24 minutes of operation for the water to come out at a trickle, and none of the shampoo/conditioner options to work. The air dryer feature is barely functional enough to dry your dog. It would've been less of a hassle to bathe our dogs in our own tub where at least we had the products to clean them. This place is essentially a warm water hose to rinse your dog. Don't bother!
Best customer service I’ve had from anyone in a long time. Put $15 bucks in and car wash didn’t turn on. So I got a receipt from the machine and texted the number. Someone texted me back within 10 minutes to resolve the issue and give me a refund. Ohh, I was able to get my car washed in the second one they have there. 5 STARS. Thank you.
Amazing, handy carwash. I can pop in anytime and if there are cars in front of me, it's worth the wait. Great value, cleans up my car nicely. I now always have a towel in the back so I can dry my car off should I decide to stop. It's a great little carwash that is a fun break to sit in your car and watch all the spongy, and flappy rags plop the suds and clean the car. Takes me back to being a kid and it was such fun to go to the carwash. Still is!
I've used this place for years. Last time I went it was a violent experience. My jeep wrangler felt like it was going to break apart. I think something is wrong with their machines. It ripped off my antenna and about ripped off my license plate holder. Beware. At least if you own a jeep wrangler.
It worked great washing our two dogs but the only thing that wasn't good was the products like shampoo conditioner and stuff didn't come out but the door was open in between the dog washes and the bottles were in there so we were able to use a little bit to get them both washed. I hope that they get that fixed I'd like to take them again next month. Their coats are really shiny and soft. They weren't happy with the bath and gave me dirty looks after.
Had an Uber passenger vomit or spit white flem on my car. I was happy to be able to wash my car that night. I was hoping they were a spray wash establishment. I hate running my cars through machines. It was the most violent car wash I've ever been in. I thought my window moulding / seals would get damaged. I parked to dry my car. It was very clean but my paint is damaged near my wheel well. I'm pissed off.
Three stars for convenience and a decent job of cleaning my car for $9 +$3 for tire clean. However, you have to pay for the vacuum which would be fine if the vacuum actually worked. It just took my coins. I think if your in a pinch or want bare minimum this place is fine but if you want quality service and free air you might as well pay the same price of $12-15 somewhere else.
I go here 3 times a week sometimes for I drive for a living 9 out of 10 times it does superb job Which Is amazing for a automated machineThe only part of my car that I've ever had to wipe down afterwards are the wheels But again that is rareIs best Bang for your buck
I like this car wash. I will likely continue to use it, but it recently did break a wiper blade of mine. First and only time this happened so I’m willing to try again.
I give it 2 stars. The wheels did not get clean at all. The machine rags got caught on my wiper blade are and yanked on it very hard, no damage that I can see. The car came out fairly clean but for $16 I would expect better. There were a number of areas on the vehicle that were not clean. And the vacuums are not free, they are an additional cost you pay at the vacuum.
