Nice gym. It has been here forever. Decently clean, and most of the stuff works most of the time.
I like this Gym specifically because it doesn't have the standard 24 Hour Fitness Equipment package. There are Machines you can't find anywhere else anymore and they work + most of the members during the day are Seniors. That means the Place is kept clean, the equipment doesn't get abused and no one is in your way if you're there for a serious workout.
Very large, well equipped gym, plenty of good trainers. Every weight, machine you can think of. My complaints, only two, begin with the men's dressing room. It isn't cleaned enough; it's old, it smells, it's worn out and in bad need of updating. During some classes, the gym can be incredibly noisy. The trainers, some of them, are amplified plus they scream. If you're only going to scream, why do you need amplification??
Great workout. Very friendly staff and the equipment was well maintained; perfect for my program. I am Military on leave in the area and they allowed me to workout. I will join the nearest 24 hour fitness when I get out and return to Dallas for good. Five Stars!
Good basic gym to workout in, bathrooms are seedy, some equipment worn past normaI use. One leg extension machine has been broken, can't adjust leg/seat length for at least 6 years. The 22.5 lb pair of bumbells have been missing for years. Nice instructors, friendly environment, convenient location.
I continue to go because it is within a 1 mile run from my house but if there were a better, more updated option as close I would switch. I've never had a service issue however the equipment is in poor shape, the paper towels are always empty, water fountains broken, etc, etc, etc. time for a change in management imo. There are to many overlooked details in this club for the price.
This place sucks. The gym is big. But the customer service sucks. They continue to charge you every month whether or not they tell you the truth about how to freeze your account. And when you call asking for a solution, he literally said, "sorry, nothing I can do for you." Needless to say, I'm cancelling my account. Plus the monthly rates at this place are so high for an average gym with below average service.
I don’t understand why 24 H overcharges its members with its unclean and outdated equipment. I had been a member with them since 2018 and I had to cancel when I found out that nearby gym charge less than them. Avoid their contacts because once they make sure you’re obligate to them, they won’t hear your concerns.
This is my 2nd favorite 24hr in the area. I don't play bball, racquetball, or swim. Has most thing needed for the advanced gym goer. Can get a nice crowd, however most people are friendly. This location has a nice older crowd.
OK, First off no it doesn't have a basketball court, no wet sauna, no magical cardiovascular equipment that will burn the calories for you and for all the people complaining about well it provides showers but no towel service...... Well bring your own towel then!!! What this place has is a Great selection of machines, free weights heck even a good assortment of cardiovascular equipment. Now the equipment may not be 'new' but is a 45lb weight still 45lbs? Does that hamstring machine still hold 220lb? Are you still busting your but on the cardiovascular machine while burning calories watching a flat screen??????? Yes, Yes, Yes - Yes it does matter what is in the gym but what matters most is what work are you gonna put in the gym! 5 Stars!!!!
