Nice layout. Smaller location. 1 story.  It’s not clean at all though besides the bathrooms usually the other way around.  The basketball court smells like sweaty balls haha. The equipment has lots of dust and grease.  Equipment is everywhere and sweat stains are all over the benches.  I ‘be never had to bring my own hand sanitizer to a gym.

I give this place one star for rude, unprofessional customer service. On a recent visit there, I went to purchase some water before I started my group x class. The sign right under the water said 2 for $4. Needless to say, it didn’t ring up as such. I alerted the front desk person Aaron, that the sign said 2 for $4. He told me that it’s ringing up a different price. I showed him what the sign said and he looked as if he made a mistake, but then he said “oh, it’s past the expiration date. I feel at this point, he should have honored the price since there was still a sale sign posted for the water. It seems as if he got more upset because he was wrong and just didn’t want to satisfy the customer. He then got an attitude and said “there’s nothing he could do anyway about the price”. I asked to speak to a manger , he said there were none there. I asked for the managers name and email, he said we are not allowed to give that information. Needless to say, the front desk person was rude and very unprofessional.

Went there yesterday. The bathroom for the disabled wasn't working. The detachable shower was missing. When I asked the lady working there, she replied that the bathroom has not been functioning for some time now. I asked to speak with the manager, she said that its mother's day and so the manager is off the manager probably bought his/her mother flowers from the money he/she is stealing from the club members. I can't believe how these people will rip you off and literally steal your money. These people are violating the American Disability Act. And believe me, you don't want to face an ADA lawsuit!!! Shame Shame Shame

Came here on a 3 day pass with my friend.  They honored it.  Talked me into sign up. Which I did.  Great gym.  But it costs $20 to play basketball, can not play if on 3 day pass. Talk to Reuben for a great deal, freandly guy.

Standard 24 hour fitness workout area and locker room, but without a pool due to the smaller size of the building. All of the equipment was in order with exception of the dumbbells, which were numerous but disorganized. A good experience overall.

They don't have wifi like literally every other 24 and the weights are never re-racked properly. Been to about 6 different 24s and this is definitely the worst one. I always see hookers on the back side of their building at night as well lol

I paid for a week pass in Roseville and was not told it was all access. So they charged me 50 in Roseville and 20 in florin since the front desk guys were verbally abusive and shoved the computer screen in my face . They were keir and a unnamed gentleman refused to give me his name. They also did not link the transaction so now a refund will be hard.  Taj carter needs to probably hire better representatives. I am really disappointed about the customer service for double charging me. Not my fault I did not know it was a one club. I would recommend not unethically taking people money during the holiday. The gym is fine, but there is a parking lot security guy who will harass you if you take too long getting in and out of the gym. I have a bad knee, which requires excercise, but also an autoimmune disease which makes it even more difficult, and sometimes I need to psych myself up to go in, which is made harder by this security guard's harrassment about having to go in instantly when I get there. Today he told me the gym doesn't want me in their parking lot, either, while I'm trying to talk myself in to working out. Maybe 42 hour fitness isn't for me.

I love 24 hour... been with since LA fitness...and frequented Micron, Bruceville, Elk-Grove Florin, Greenhaven, downtown but mainly flex between Florin, Bruceville and downtown. All that to say PLEASE UPDATE machines and fix them when they’re down. Otherwise this location is cool in all aspects.
