This is a OK gym. Has pool and half court basketball. Good selection of weights and cardio. The equipment overall is a bit dirty :/ Wish there were more wipe stations available. Highly recommend to go during non busy hours otherwise the atmosphere is super stuffy and place is crowded.
The gym is not bad just need a bit cleaning it gets a lot of traffic but would be nice to do a little bit Cleaning and pressure washing outside entrance as well especially as u enter the building it actually smells? Not sure but just outside the double doors also bathroom cleaner would be nice also the hot tub exhaust vent are full of dust looking up when you sitting in the hot tub hopefully the clean up those little things
Decent gym. Good amount of machines and free weights. Half court basketball. Reception is bad, but that might just be my cell network.
A long long time ago, I was working out harcore near the front desk. All of a sudden I smell something.....delicious, I looked around to find someone in the front, how do I say this politely.......Chomping down on some BIG chicken wings, glazed in sauces and filled the area with a pleasant aroma. I resisted the urge to ask him, "yo bro could I have one?". As it would be VERY rude to interrupt another gym bro's feast. Ever since that faithful day, me and my friends have called him the chicken wing man.
Customer service is really bad. This guy who said who is the boss there hung up on me three times in a row when I was trying to sort out some things. I spent in excess of half an hour on calls today with them. If things are going well, it is not a bad place. But if you get any problems and need any help, they will throw you under the bus. Keep away from 24 hours fitness in general.
Bring your own lock! They were able to retrieve my belongings thankfully. and towel if you plan to use pool spa sauna or shower. Overall very friendly and helpful, clean place!
Way too many kids come to this gym, in groups, you can do a whole lot of WAIT lifting here, the amount of equipment here is good but they don't seem to have proper preventative maintenance planning, I don't think a single pillow block on any machine has ever been greased, machines are good until something breaks then they're out of order for weeks, more than half of the elliptical machines upstairs don't workyou can feel the belt slip or notice how the resistance settings on the screen don't actually do anything anymore and I'm actually surprised how the people who use them don't seem to notice and use them anyway.
I have had great experience at this gym. Very friendly staff. Great equipment, personal trainers. Basketball court is only half size but they still have pick up there . When it’s not crowded it’s great
I wanted to apply for a month's fitness between 8 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on May 18th, because I didn't want to apply for a year. I just moved to live nearby, and the service staff was a boy, who strongly recommended me to apply for a year. I said I should apply for a month first, but he immediately changed his smile to rudeness. Not only did he ignore me but he left immediately and never looked back. Such a service should be fired. It is very racist. I really want your manager to know.
Staff is ageist. I have been going to this gym ever since moving to Fremont. I've never had issues with bringing in my friends. I have two guest passes with my membership, and they also have been able to use the "free trial" thing for prospective members. My girlfriend recently started to go to the gym as well. Her parents were curious about why she was working out and wanted to go and see what she was doing there. When she brought them in the staff immediately started interrogating them. They kept asking questions like, "Do you actually live in this area?" and kept pushing them to sign up instead of doing the trial. It was a small Asian women who I always see behind the counter and is usually very nice, but turned a total 180 when she was my GF's parents. She literally stood in front of them and blocked them from entering the gym. After a long while of negotiation my girlfriend was finally able to get them in. Giving it 2 stars simply because I do use this gym a lot for myself, but otherwise would have been a 1. Edit: going from 2 stars to 1 star. Found out they double signed me up and had me paying $700 a year for two memberships. They assured me my old membership would not auto renew but it still did.
