Pros: Great parking, very clean, nice staff. Cons: very limited equipment, small weight section, machines are awkwardly placed, outdated equipment, demographics are much older than most 24’s not a lot of young people, the atmosphere is mundane and lethargic, very hard to push yourself and get in good shape here.
My go to gym after work. Great staffs. Unfortunately today I was threatened by a middle aged white man while I was on a equipment. Will go to another location until I feel safe again.
Joshua and Lulu have always been so helpful! Though this gym is small and lacks some of the popular amenities, that's what I love. It doesn't have as many people and I can get in and out. Clean especially compared to many of the larger locations!
I very much enjoy going to this fitness center. I like having the availability of the machines so I go early in the morning, 6 or 7am. The machines are great, the staff is friendly, and the workouts are pretty much up to you. Everyone is welcome there and I like that very much. A very inclusive environment.
A really nice gym, easy to work on what you need. Welcoming workers. Keep it up.
This gym is the worst gym ever been to. its so small .the employees are not very smart , i guess they dont get paid very much. The manager is a poor excuse of management bad attitude. he needs more training. He Doesn't know how to deal with people. I would never recommend this gym to anyone. I never go back . I found a different gym to workout. if your mentally ill this is your place.
This gym is way too hot they maintain the AC between 74-76 degrees everyone is fanning themselves intensely. It’s a little ridiculous at this point! Sad because most staff is nice but the heat is unbearable
This gym is one of better gyms I've been to. The staff are friendly, the equipment is repaired fairly quick and its atmosphere is what a gym is supposed to feel like. My review is based on what the gym provides... The other stuff like the big crowds, the messy restrooms shouldn't impact its rating much because it's the dirty & messy people that are at fault. If you go there to get your pump on, you'll be good.
I take advantage of classes offered at the gym. Zumba is awesome. Silver Sneakers classes are essential. Lulu at the front desk is most helpful.
Mariah, she need too change her attitude, she needs To be able too work with all races and not show favoritism. And stop being so rude, remember the customer comes first. We are the ones that pay your salary.
