The equipment is fine and overall good gym. The women’s plumbing in the locker room is abominable. The sinks have been backing up for a week! They should have a plumber available 24 hours for repairs - there is no excuse. Don’t know what it takes to get it remedied?!
My nephew came to San Diego for a 50-day language course and bought a 2-month membership and returned to his country. We made sure of this by explaining this at the time of registration. However, they charged me for the 3rd month. I went twice and told them that the collection was incorrect and that I wanted to get it back. But they said they would not refund the fee. For $49.90 it's A very cheap approach
This may not be the biggest gym with the newest equipment but let me say that the staff here is excellent. I have been coming to this gym for three years now and the manager is always on top of his job always! The team is great as well. They care about the job and they do it consistently. Shout out to Tony for being a great guy, always smiling and always willing to help. The atmosphere is great which makes this my favorite gym even though I have multiple memberships all over.
Not you typical super sport 24 hour fitness but that's what set this gym apart from all the others. I love it's old school vibe its a real bodybuilding style gym with people who want to workout and not a fashion show. The staff makes the vibe here even better they are always smiling and really seem to enjoy working. The management is awesome they're very professional and are always willing to help out without seeming annoyed or inconvenienced. Cool gym I highly recommend.
I showed up at 3 o'clock to do a work. And they just started running a vacuum cleaner around all the equipment I wanted to use. Not conducive for a Work out...
I like 24 hrs fitness it’s my gym but I have an issue with this location the main AC isn’t working and every time I go to drink some water I see this look at the picture. I hope the green mold can get cleaned.
Front desk staff is cool. But why do the women's showers have doors, but the men's do not? And smell terrible? Also, nowhere to put your stuff in the shower.
Great customer service ! Tony and Eddy helped me with my member ship. They were both amazing, every question I asked they answered. Very informative, kind and respectful! Eddy was very cool, he greets people all the time even if busy speaking with some one. Great experience ! Thank you
My first time going to this location and I have a few thoughts. First, I biked there and the bike rack consisted of what I would describe as a wheel rack, aka you can secure your wheel but not the frame.Considering most if not all bikes these days have quick release wheels,this sort of rack is useless. Second,when I entered the gym noonish the front desk person was busy with other customers so I walked around the gym three times looking for the men's locker room before I found it.I mentioned this on the way out and the front desk guys laughed pointed to a tiny sign in the weights area and said yes we know it's a small sign and no one can read it .Third ,compared to other locations this one is small and the equipment is old .Everything did work,but you can definitely feel the age of stuff when you use it. Finally, the staff I talked to were friendly and the place was clean with weights stacked where they should be. So a sold 3 stars,but compared to the PB location for example it was night and day .
Although there are less benches 2 flat, 1 decline, 1 incline, squat racks 1 rack and powerlifting platforms 1 platform than other 24H Fitness locations, the staff is consistently friendly and amazing. It’s also in a low traffic area so there’s not too much of a wait for the high demand equipment. I can’t stress enough how much the staff contributes to a good lifting environment.
