I don’t write many reviews, but when I encounter someone who is incredible at what they do and takes Customer Service to a higher level, it deserves to be recognized. Chuck at 24 Hour Flood has been really tremendous to work with. We had water damage at our house, that led to damaged flooring and kitchen cabinetry. I’ve never experienced anything like this, and didn’t know what to do, or what the next steps would be to get the water cleaned up and the repair process started. Chuck showed up quickly on the same day, immediately put me at ease and explained not only the parts that he could help with, but also shared wisdom for what I could expect down the road with insurance and repairs. Chuck is someone who truly gets customer service, and the basic principles of communicating what you will do for a customer, and then following through. It has not been a fun time at all dealing with damage to our house, but Chuck and 24 Hour Flood Reponse have been a bright spot, and they deserve recognition. If you find yourself in a similar position, you can feel confident in working with 24 Hour Flood Response. Thank you Chuck.
I highly recommend Chuck if you need to clean up from water damage. Chuck is clear in his communication and consistently shows up when he says he will. We had water damage in our kitchen and we were on the fence on how far to go with the repairs. Instead of recommending the most expensive option which a lot of contractors would do, Chuck recommended what was best for us. He takes a posture to help, serve, and do what's best for his customers. 5 stars!
I had a water leak that did quite a bit of damage. It required drying out for over a week and Chuck was amazing. He walked me through what was needed and how to deal with insurance. He was so responsible always on time and attentive. I hope I never have another water leak but I would call Chuck again. I can't recommend him enough!! My dog loved him too and that's saying something.
Responsive, knowledgeable and the best customer service we have experienced in a long time. Chuck was considerate of our time, quick to make suggestions that made sense for our situation and friendly. He was able to provide a calm approach to a stressful situation. Chuck was an excellent professional. He identified the problem and provided a comprehensive quote. He explained the issue in the detail and provided his expertise on all the same day. He is very kind and trustworthy. I highly recommend him. Honest professional, which is highly appreciated!
Horrible experience. 24 hour flood response falsified charges by working 4 additional days beyond when we asked them to stop working on the 25th of November. Their failure to collect their equipment resulted in about $5k additional charges. Not to mention the fact that when we first spoke with them, we was told that the ENTIRE JOB INCLUDING DRYWALL REPLACEMENT would only cost around $10k. When we asked for documentation for the additional cost, they were not able to provide explanation. Finally, we were able to get an itemization from them, but they never would put into writing the adjustment promised to keep in line with what Allstate was willing to pay them. Let me tell you something… No competent business is going to hand over a check for over $11,000 without an invoice especially when dealing with an outfit such as theirs. It doesn't take a genius to see that they were attempting to collect the check with the intention of promptly turning around and billing us the difference after all. From their ever changing price tag that NEVER appeared in writing as an estimate even when prompted to do so, to their incompetence of not knowing how to collect from the insurance company we had to walk them through the process to their refusal to send out a correct invoice, and lastly their threatening and terrorist behavior in front of our toddler 4 months later... the actually had the audacity to show up at our private residence like mobsters collecting money We honestly don't know how their company stays in business. We honestly have never seen a more hostile and unprofessional means of conducting business.
