2406 laundry mart

5 broken dryers with NO SIGNS posted. The notebook paper you see in the photos are ones I left as a courtesy for the people after me. The prices here are pretty high too; it's a laundromat in a nice enough area so I figure it's worth it to not get hassled by dudes working the customers asking for change. I didn't realize I'd be giving my change away for free to their dryers. No management on site so I'm out the $7 I put in these dryers; I took my wet clothes to another laundromat. EDIT: To reply to the needlessly rude proprietor of the business who took it as an opportunity to declare I don't know how to use a dryer. The drums of the marked dryers don't spin when you press the start button. They either don't turn AT ALL, or barely spin maybe twice. If you load more than 2 wet shirts into them, they seize up completely. Repairing a dryer isn't difficult. Especially the spinning mechanisms on the drum. Good luck!

The drop off laundry service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I had brand new white towels returned to me with blue stains all over them and they all were a dingy grey. About $75 worth of items ruined! When I called, Amanda could have cared less saying their “policy” makes them not responsible. Really? Why were my whites mixed with a color item? Why don’t you offer to look at the problem? No customer service. Shameful. The couple here used to care and be so nice. That’s over. Beware! *** I found out the gentleman owner passed away, and they no longer run the place. Heard it possibly was left to their kids?? Sad to hear of his passing. He was nice to me..So, perhaps this timing contributed to the issues I had.

$3.50 for one load washers. $3.75 for two load washers. $5.25 for what look like 2 load washers also? $6.75 for large capacity washers. $0.75 per 12 minutes on regular capacity dryers. $1.25 per 15 minutes on high capacity dryers. best value if you have a lot of items Not a ghetto building. Not a ghetto neighborhood. No ghetto people as far as I could tell. Takes debit cards on some washers and dryers. Front door is locked unless you're apart of their 24 club. Back door is unlocked for all during posted business hours. Didn't see anyone working here / supervising, which was odd.

Fantastic laundry in Clifton. Change machines have always worked and many of the washers and dryers take debit/credit cards. Their drop off service has been a lifesaver on more than one occasion. Staff is the best! Been a customer off and on for 20 years and will continue to recommend.

Update: the service is just phenomenal. The first load I dropped off, I was told it would be ready between 2pm-5pm. I received a call that it was ready at 1:45pm! I returned again this morning. I had a delicate & sentimental article of clothing, & the ladies could not have been nicer about it. I dropped my basket off just a few minutes before 9am, & I recieved a call that everything was ready by 10:10am! Just fantastic! Thanks so much, ladies! The family that owns this location is so friendly, helpful, & kind. I did the drop-off service & the lady at the desk stated that they would do a hyperallergenic process, since I'm highly allergic to dyes, fabric softeners, & dryer sheets. I was so grateful for this service. I'll update once I get my laundry back this afternoon.

I have been using this laundromat for 7 years since I moved to the area. They keep their machines well maintained and rotate out new machines before needed. They have many large capacity washing machines and dryers. The cost is fair and the dryers work fantastic without over charging. Some machines also have swipes for credit cards. It’s always clean and comfortable. It has a great rotation of customers coming and going so it’s not normally too many people there at once. My favorite laundromat in Louisville!

I absolutely LOVE this laundromat. The customer service is amazing!. They are ALWAYS friendly and respectful. I drop off my laundry to be done and it is ALWAYS done EXTREMELY fast and exactly how I ask for it. The prices are good and the businessi is immaculate inside. If you're looking for great service at Great prices then this is the laundromat for you Honestly I would give more if I could! Definitely recommend this place.

After our washing machine broke I needed to find a local laundrymat where I could quickly clean the backlog. This location offers a good amount of machines that take both credit/ debit cards or quarters. I thought the cost was fair for the convenience. The only disappointment was the lack of outlets. It was just as bad as most airport gates.

I haven't been to a laundromat in several years and boy have I been missing out. This place is GREAT!! This place is very clean, bright and organized. The young man working was extremely nice and helpful. I had at least 4 big comforters and 3 bags of clothes and Alex showed me around and how to put items together for washing that would make it the most cost effective and easiest to do. I spent about $22.00 and 2 hrs and got everything done. I can definitely recommend using this laundromat!
