Amazing gym with dedicated  coaches and a very welcoming atmosphere. Love this gym!

This is a fantastic gym. At first I was very intimidated about not knowing certain moves or being able to be as fast as the others however all the coaches take the time to walk me through the steps and provide mentorship. The other gym goers are great as well and as an introvert I feel comfortable going to any class throughout the day knowing everyone there is welcoming. My only regret is that I didn’t sign up for this gym sooner.

Very inclusive gym welcoming to all skill levels. After 8 months off, they have helped me get back into fitness and helped me work on some weaknesses I’ve have for years.

Gym 244 has quickly become my home away from home. Whether you're looking for group classes, personal training or just a killer gym to lift at, this is the place for you. The trainers and coaches here are knowledgable, helpful and extremely talented. They know how to work well with all levels and help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be. This community is supportive, motivating, inspiring, and encouraging. If you are looking to be fit, happy and pushed to become your best, then Gym 244 is the right place.

Love this Crossfit gym, great programming, nice selection of classes to accommodate multiple levels of athlete, excellent coaching, and very supportive. They could use some more equipment, and a better A/C unit, but despite those things, they manage to get many of their crew to regionals every year. The programming includes macro- meso- and micro-cycles, and has helped me PR on many lifts and benchmark WODs.  They also have a very low injury rate as noted by several PT and massage therapists around town.

They understand that I'm not trying to be a professional athlete but want to feel, look and be fit!

Wonderful, supportive community with challenging and constantly varied programming so you are always making improvements!

Legit Gym.  Love the elevated ceilings and wherehouse feel to the gym.  Great equipment and tough room.

Impossible to get in touch with anyone.

Excellent coaching, a very inclusive environment and just a great place to be.
