Welcome to 2Cute Custom Tutu Couture. I custom design and make beautiful full tulle tutus and tutu dresses. Each tutu or dress is made with careful attention to detail and uses only the best quality tulle. Dresses can be made with a crocheted bodice or as an empire waist (satin ribbon wrapped) or empire waist with no satin ribbon.

Price is determined by time required to make dress and amount of tulle. Price may vary depending on extras wanted on dress.
