2nd Shade Patio Furniture

My wife and I were in shopping for patio furniture the sales staff was extremely helpful and very friendly they offered up some good suggestions no pressure sales just a nice place to go the building is set up very nicely so you can see multiple ways the furniture may work for your home dick Enrico was there also a very nice and personable man. They have higher quality Furniture than your average Box Store with many different colors and selections to choose from.

This place was good for outdoor furniture with excellent service. The salesperson has a lot of patience and answered all our questions. My daughter didn't get bored even after spending 2 hours in the store while selecting, because the it has a lot of mannequins. She had a lot of fun! The price range is reasonable with good collection!

went there on a Friday evening just before close. We found something we wanted but wanted to think on it while they prepared another quote for some different furniture. they said they would be happy to put it on hold for 48 hours while we decide what we want to do. this set had been there for at least a month or more per their website. Saturday morning, not even 12 hours later they call and ask if we still want it someone else was there who wanted it. what happened to the 48 hours???????? We were so disgusted by the turn of events we just said forget it. sell it if you have another buyer. thanks for being so loyal to your customer. we hadn't even gotten the other quote to decide. nice business......oh we also found out it's still there they never sold it. Bad form bad form

I was looking for inexpensive porch furniture and was intrigued with the idea of gently used options. Bill Frolichman, manager, greeted me at the Minnetonka store and showed me around. He directed me to the warehouse where the summer stock had been moved on that very same day. The warehouse staff's customer service was amazing. They graciously pulled out chairs for us to sample and we found a beautiful seven-piece rattan set for a very reasonable price. I am so happy with 2nd Shade's customer care and service and love my "new" porch furniture. Thanks, Bill! I love your store!

Awesome deals on furniture. Quality furniture that is better than reasonably priced. Have enjoyed shopping in all the stores. Apple Valley location has a lot of different items for sale. A great place to get something different as a gift.

We contacted 2nd Shade to see if they were able to replace the slings on our patio furniture....Absolutely they could do that. We were told if we could bring in one of the chairs, they would be able to get a better measurement....we took a chair and ottoman to Minnetonka 60 miles to drop off . We chose the fabric we liked and received a quote in about a week. We were then told that they would not be able to replace the slings but it might be a better idea to trade it in for some new furniture. We then had to go to the warehouse in Minneapolis to pick up our furniture. Within two hours we get an email from the Sales Manager asking us if we were still interested in that new patio set we were looking at. We wasted a lot of time, etc....on a wild goose chase only to realize they were not truthful from the beginning. I would never recommend.

I recently went to 2nd Shade Warehouse sale and was nothing but impressed! Everyone working the event was nothing but super helpful and kind. They had tons of options and offered delivery. Customer service goes a long way and in 90 some degree weather, they exceeded my expectations during all their hard work and still managed to thank me for my business considering all the madness with how busy they were. I will be purchasing more items from them in the future

We purchased a fantastic "used but not abused" five piece wicker patio set the first part of this summer and we are delighted with it! It is well built and very comfortable and we have received numerous positive comments from friends and family. We highly recommend 2nd Shade Patio Furniture!!

I purchased an area rug for my patio which I like but think I spent too much for it. I've seen similar rugs for less. I also purchased a cover for my table umbrella which they did not have in stock but said they would have it the following week and would mail it to me. Three weeks later I still didn't have it so I called them and they said it was on it's way and I would get it the following week. After 2 more phone calls to them and the promise of it being delivered that week, I finally cancelled the order 6 weeks had gone by. I ordered one on-line from someone else and had it in 4 days. I don't think their prices are that great and I won't go back there.
