I had my storage unit for about 1.5 years and the whole experience was A+++. The units were very secure, the area was always clean and kept up nicely. I came into the office almost at closing time when I initially rented the unit and the staff was super welcoming and still took their time through the intro/setup process even though it was technically after closing time. They had locks and other supplies to purchase right there in the office, which was very convenient. All of my conversations email and phone with the staff since then has been super responsive and pleasant - even when my credit card had expired a couple of times through the time I had the unit - the staff called and we fixed everything and we were off the phone in just a couple of minutes. I am now closing my account and my unit with them because I no longer need the space but if I ever need it again in the future, I'll definitely be back.
I have had 2 different storage units with them over the course of 10 years. The folks at the desk are friendly and helpful. The units are dry, clean and in good working order. The lot is always clean and well maintained. The gate system is easy to use. If I wasn't moving out of the area, I would continue to use their services. Highly recommend this locally owned business.
Started out great, I came from another storage company looking for something closer and possibly better. The other location allowed me 24hours a day access, 3L does not but I figured how many time do I need that anyways. The other company wasn't behind a gate, which I loved but again. It got bad for me when now able to move out found this mouse in my unit. I've never lived with mice rats or roaches etc and I don't plan on it now so all that stuff is being thrown away, my loss. 3L stated that they sprayed and put traps down and I guess they do this still happened. What makes it bad for me, Troy Jetter the guy at the desk manager didn't even have the courtesy to say, I apologize that it happened. Customer service failure, cleanliness failure and loss of property. So after about 2 years or so it comes to this. Thanks alot 3L you get paid automatically every month so on time all the time since moved in and I loose. Great Job team, if Troy wants training in how to apologize without admitting guilt, my fees is low but my success is 100%
I have used 3L Self Storage since roughly Oct 2021. The staff is always kind, helpful, and quick to respond, making me feel like a valued customer. If I ever need storage space again, 3L will be my choice.
Very nice experience with this company last year. The staffs are friendly & service is fantastic. Storage areas are easy to get into, but also secured & felt safe, most of all is no steps required.
I meant to write this review earlier. I did a short-term rental in December. The staff were courteous, professional and really knew their business. There were no hidden fees, and they were straight forward with expectations. I was a site manager 8 years ago and did a market survey with 3L. At the time I remember thinking that if I were ever in the need of self-storage this is the place, I would use to store my items. I was pleasantly surprised that after 8 years the site was still meticulously maintained, and the price points were still budget friendly. My only regret is that I can't give them 10 stars!
The staff at 3L storage have been so helpful while my sister and I have worked to clean out 2 storage units. A family member had fallen behind in payments and lost the keys for the locks on all 3 doors. They worked with me to make the back payment and when I arrived on site they took me to the units. They had to cut off the locks and did charge me for that, which was understandable. My sister and I have been working for the past 3 days during the current excessive heat warning. The staff have periodically come to check on us, reminded us we could come to the office to cool off and offered us water to make sure we stayed hydrated. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone. They also tried to answer questions I had regarding where we could donate items, take trash, and find someone to help with transporting large items. Simply put, THIS STAFF IS THE BEST. THANK YOU FOR ALL Of YOUR ASSISTANCE!!
We had a great experience with using 3L Storage. Staff and management was always kind and helpful from beginning to end. Our unit was clean, dry and safe.
I’ve had my stuff stored away at 3L for about 4 years now, and with COVID hitting keeping everything paid up got really difficult. They have been so patient with me, keeping in contact, and just being genuinely good and understanding, really taking a weight off of my shoulders and making me feel like they care. That’s all we can ask for now a days. Very thankful to have found them cause I don’t know any place who would be this patient. 10/10 highly recommended
I rented a storage unit from them recently. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean place with good units. They keep the place very clean. What really made me decide to rent from them compared to others in the area is the friendly staff. The lady I talked to there was super helpful and friendly. She talked with us like she has known us forever. I definitely recommend them.
