Service was great at the front desk. Room had a musky smell, and a bit like it used to be a smoking room. And EVERYTIME I tried to get into the room I had to try my two key cards about 15 to 20 times each until they worked, and that's not an exaggeration. But it was the softest, nicest bed I have slept in in a hotel. I slept like a baby. And it was much quieter than other hotels in the area.
A motel 6 would be cheaper and of better quality. They’re renovating, clearly, but the hotel itself is in just such poor condition. Smells funky- don’t even know how to describe it except extremely headache inducing. It’s clear there is a perfume or diffuser somewhere to cover the smell. Lots of extremely odd and out of place things scattered around the hotel. Lights broken in the hallway- looks straight out of a horror movie. Pool is not open as displayed on many hotel rating websites, as well as their website pictures- breakfast is not served, rooms being remodeled has doors left completely open. The front desk lady was nice, no idea what her name was, as she didn’t wear a name tag, however she frequently smelled heavily of cigarettes. HEAVILY. For the room, the toilets don’t flush correctly! Heater smells like it’s burning. Stain on the floor, but whatever. The rooms weren’t horrible, besides the lingering smell of cigarettes, a shower with hairs in every corner of them disgusting, and of course, your favorite- no sound proof walls. The beds were comfortable. Room key didn’t work. The staff were nice and helped us. The sink didn’t work so they gave us the option to have 50% off the room, or move to a new one. I’m conclusion, I would not recommend this hotel for more than a last minute overnight stay. 200$ for the same amount of quality you can get sleeping in your car. There’s numerous hotels across the street that are clearly more put together. Don’t waste your time.
Please do not stay here. We were in our hotel room for 15 minutes and had to kill 5+ fruit flies. Then we saw a RAT in the hall. When we brought it up to the front desk they loved our room to two doors over which surprise surprise was equally as bad. Horrible smell. There are plenty of other nice places to stay in Bozeman, this is not one of them.
Check in was easy, rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom looks a little shabby but still clean. Really close to the Bozeman airport. Paid about $160 a night for a room with double occupancy.Rooms: 4/5
Room is clean and the price is economical. No elevator to the second floor. So, you will have to carry that luggage thru stairs. Walmart store is just across the road.
Disaster of a hotel. Has not been cleaned well in a long time. Needs to be renovated. No amenities and they only clean your room if you ask. Rooms: My carpet was wet and musty.
They are still renovating and don't have the pool open or all the rooms ready but the room was nice, bed was comfy and the staff was very nice! Rooms: Just as comfortable as any other normal hotel Nearby activities: Bozeman downtown is very close as is the highway Safety: Felt very safe and everyone was nice.
Nice, quiet, clean and affordable. Comfortable bed, good wifi, checkout time at noon.Rooms: 5/5
