Very well maintained and secure storage facility. I’ve stored my travel trailer there for almost 2 years now and have had no issues. The owner is responsive if you ever have any questions.

Clean, well kept, fenced lot with quite a few pull through spots. The owners are very nice and easy to work with.

Mark the owner made my moving experience much easier than moving is. He worked with me on late night moving in, payments, AND moving out of the unit. I will most definitely be going back to 321 storage if I ever need a unit again. Also, the place was super clean, easy to get in and out of, and the prices are very reasonable.

We just emptied our storage unit at 321 Storage after nearly 2 1/2 years and wanted to write a review to applaud them for excellent customer service, well maintained facility, and excellent customer service and management. Also, we had our boat stored on a trailer for about a year and had the same great experience! We are sad to leave 321 Storage but have moved away from the Maryville area. We recommend 321 Storage and its management without reservation.

We reserved a 10 x 20 storage unit in anticipation of keeping our household belongings after shipping cross country. We unexpectedly found a local property that we could ship to direct circumventing the need for the storage unit. The owner could have charged us for a full months rent but is refunding what was remaining. It was so awesome to experience the good will that was extended us and we will highly recommend this business to others!

I have had my mother's storage here for 3ish years. The owners have been nothing but kind and helpful! They do a great job managing the units and the facility is always very clean! Maggie was super nice and a true professional. Got me set up with a nice lot, even though it was outside of normal business hours. Sent her a text when I moved out and she took care of the rest! Highly recommended if you need a spot to store your camper.
