Security let me in apparently when staff lunch started. The woman behind the glass assisted me and instructed me to fill out a form. I began filling it out, she was waiting until I finished it, I asked her a question and she walked away.? Then another woman, Maurina, walked up to see what I was doing, I asked her a question about the form and she then also walked away. It was so awkward. So I turned to the only other person in sight, the security guard, asked him for their business card or what am I supposed to do now. He said he wasn't staff of the court, he was a contract employee so he couldn't assist me. Cool, he also claimed he didn't know the first two women's names. Either he's lying or doesn't care the to know the names of the people he's "securing". I couldn't complete the form without getting my questions answered. I couldn't wait until lunch was over because I had my baby with me. I would have left and came back the next day, but she told me to fill out the form so? But then walked away. Idk, it was so weird. Then another new woman showed up so I asked for her help. She was so nice, answered my questions easily, I was able to complete the form in less than a minute and thanked her. Her name is Autumn. Thank you, Autumn. Muarina and the other woman who started with me.. I'm sorry you're having an awful day, I know sometimes all you can muster is to just walk away. I completely understand. Next time just don't hand someone a form and ask them to fill it out, ask them kindly to come back after lunch or the next day. And clearly tell them the time lunch is over. Hopefully now that you've had lunch you're having a better day.

The city needs to replace entire office staff. How can u render customer service when they come to the counter with out a smile. They try to hide their distain for you the public. The attitudes! The superviser too. Xmas sprirt... naw. nothing but demon possession Up In There.

This is by far the worst service I have ever received. The people are totally incompetant and don't return calls or emails! Hopefully they will find some good help someday!

They money hungry….i had gotten a ticket in January when i called the first thing was said is you can just pay these tickets…. Why would i don’t that when i can fight them i would like to see a judge she instantly gotta attitude….. i called every day after that…o your not in here right now??? How when you just told me to come in to pay them so i sat around waiting for my court date and the only thing i got was a 500 fine and no court date papers…the reason i knew i missed court is because they sent the tickets threw the mail and it said i had a court appearance That i supposedly missed and was sent threw the mail every thing came but that court date sounds real fishy all they want is the money because at the end of the day i got every last thing but my court date and i stay in eastpointe so how everything but that came threw the mail

Scam artists, I will never spend another dollar in this city and will avoid driving through it or on bordering roads. How can you send someone a letter for there court date for a ticket 10 days after the court date?

Why did someone decide to remove the door from the handicapped stall in the lady’s room? This is so weird to me.

If I could give them a -5, I would in a heartbeat! They are super unprofessional in all positions and the judge is a BIG B-word! They can never answer your questions and cannot point you in the direction of anyone who can. The attorneys for the city do not work on your side. Plus the judge feels like anything traffic, civil, criminal or otherwise should be punishable with jail time regardless of the situation or your circumstances. Judge Galen, sentenced me to probation and 3 months of jail time put on the weekends after my pleading for a traffic ticketpled to no operator license on person that I had contacted them to pay. They adjourned and prolonged my court date for a full year just to get me into the physical courtroom to reprimand me. Then if it wasn’t bad enough, she loaded me with unnecessary fees3x my ticket amount so that the money I brought to pay my ticket wasn’t nearly enough and they had a reason to hold me.

Rude, and slow to process things. I’ve had to call multiple times to find out when my $800 payment would be processed. It’s always “later” or “tomorrow” I did the same thing with another county they processed my paperwork same day within an hour. And the people who answer the phones are snippy and rude as well. Like your bothering them at the job they are being PAID for by the same people who call…crazy how that works huh?

They are the most disrespectful and unhelpful court you could ever come across from the staff all the way to the judges. This little city has the most appalling civil servants you could imagine. Do not live in this city if you can avoid it

Working to have part of my past repaired, called the court house today and received tremendous help. I wish I remember who I spoke to, she was so nice and answered my slow of questions the best she could. I'm actually looking forward to a possible court date after our conversation. Thank you for all your help.
