I Had The Dip Nails. First Time To Experience Dip Nails. I Think I'm Going To Like Them. My Person Who Did My Nails Was Lee. He Did A Great Job And I Appreciate His Honesty And His Fun Sense Of Humor. I Will Definitely Go Back.

The guy was very aggressive and my cuticles we're bleeding. Me and my friend went there for her birthday and didn't get a good experience. The person that did our nails was aggressive with our hands. Our cuticles we're bleeding and he didn't do anything about it. Our nails designs don't look similar to what we wanted.Services: Nail art

Showed them what I wanted on my phone. That's not what I got. My nails are way to thick and to short, and he didn't even condition my cuticles when he was done. I went there at 1 and left at 4 unacceptable. My pedicure was ok, not the best but just ok. Feet sat in water for over an hour before someone started on them. I had to go home and work on my nails just to make them decent enough for my dinner date. I called them , they said they would look at them and try to fix them monday. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went two weeks ago, I PAID for callus removal, and the tech got the knife remover thing WITHOUT CLEANING IT after someone had just used it on another customer sitting right next to me. He cut both my heels so bad to the point I couldn’t walk on them. It’s been two weeks and my feet still aren’t healed and they still hurt. I asked for my money back and they acted like it was a problem but did refund me. I feel like this form of pain deserved more than just my money back!!! Rude staff. I waited for TWO hours before someone came and gave me my pedi. I had stood up to get my stuff to leave and they forced me to stay. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Instead of soaking my nails to remove old product and tips he PRYIED them off with another fake nail!!!! We all no that's a NO NO!! Shame on you for taking advantage of people. You know better.

Love the people here. So much fun. They do a great job on both nails and pedicures!

I went to 3D nails yesterday out of convenience because my normal salon was packed. When I arrived I was asked to sit down which was fine after a 30 minute wait they asked me what I wanted and I told him that I wanted my nails done and I wanted my brows waxed. After setting down it took about an hour and 15 minutes to get my nails finished. I didn't want anything fancy just a white tip. The lady that was doing my nails got up no less than seven different times and stopped doing what she was doing with my nails to go do someone else mind you there was a salon full of employees. The nice lady sitting next to me was also getting very agitated as she was not getting what she initially came in for and they told her what she wanted. After I made the comment about the lady that was doing my nails getting up so many times and not finishing me I was ready to go she aggressively filed and buffed my nails to the point that my cuticles were bleeding. Needless to say I did not get my eyebrows waxed. This is the second time that I have been to the shop the first time they were kind of rude but it was around Christmas time so I figured that they were just busy maybe stressed out a little bit. But after the second experience I will never go back to that place again. And after being quoted one price to do my nails it ended up costing me about $15 more. Customer service sucks quality of work is mediocre in general experience was less than pleasant. Shame on you for treating people that come into your business for a service like they're an inconvenience...Service: Acrylic nails

I’m honestly embarrassed for myself and the gentleman who did my nails. Apparently, I paid $50 for him to slap some lumpy acrylic on my nails and then hand file, then use the machine to the point of burning me more than once. I told him about it and he literally ignored me. Then he left much of my nails exposed on the sides and it looked ridiculous! I asked him to fix it so he slapped so much polish on that it covered even my cuticles.. 3D Nails, do you care that so many of your customers are having embarrassing nails they wouldn’t even show their friends? Do you make efforts to correct this? Apparently I gave you$50 to be roughed up and have my hands made uglier. This place is a big NO NO.Service: Acrylic nails

They always do an amazing job. They are very friendly and always have smiles on their faces. I live 40 minutes away but I will continue to make the drive for amazing service.
