My first experience was excellent here. The establishment is super clean and on time. The Korean nail tech I had took time to shape and even out each nail. My second visit was not pleasant. The Spanish nail tech who did my French manicure was not very skilled. She could not get an almond shape right, she didn't even out my nails, and she made me feel quite uncomfortable chattering with another worker as she was removing my old nail polish. They also had very limited color selections. I've since returned and had a great experience. They were on time with my appointment as usual, clean, and Oki did a great job on my gel manicure and my eyebrows. Very detail oriented and the experience was very relaxing.
The work was good, a solid 4 stars. The service was great up until halfway through. I had a broken nail and when my tech asked if I wanted the rest shortened to meet it, I said I’d like an extension instead. We started working on a gel manicure, and while my tech was filing, another tech set to work on the extension. By the end of filing, my tech had filed down the other nails to match the length of the broken one pre extension. As a result, the broken nail ended up being longer than the rest. After all of this, I was informed the extension and a repair of a nail that had snapped would be an additional $17. I’m happy to pay for a service, but vendors should disclose the price of the service prior to setting to work on it, especially when it becomes no longer needed due to an error on their part. I mentioned I was disappointed with this, and my tech shrugged it off. Upon paying for my service, the tech was aggressive in insisting I pay with cash, even though I noted I wanted to pay with card several times. Once I paid, she aggressively said “tip is cash”. I nodded, as I was still planning to tip a smaller amount due to the sketchy handling of the extension, but then I was asked to tip very angrily, at which point I left. I genuinely hate not tipping, I’ve worked in the service industry and I get it— but please do not mess up a service, yell at your customer twice, then ask for a tip.
The first thing had to wait more than half an hour even though I called before and made an appointment. I did dipping powder, before my nail was finish I was showing the technician that the nails was uneven, she got an attitude when I told and said that it was my nail that’s the problem. She didn’t fix the problem. She charge me $70 for dipping powder with no tips my own nails, she charge extra for short French nails and the next day one of my nail broke. I don’t mind paying once my nails is done right, but I think the price was unreasonable.Service: Dip powder
Pedicure with Rosa was not good, it was supposed to be relaxing and it wasn’t. She dug into my toes and hurt me multiple times, I expressed discomfort and nothing. I felt rushed. My manicure was better but not great! Won’t be back. I toes still hurt.Services: Pedicure
Accommodating and friendly! Everyone there does well! Cannot go wrong with service and spa like relaxing environment! Always leave feeling happier
I go here once a month to get a pedicure because I have flat feet, and it helps with the pain. They always do a great job and the place is very nice inside always decorated for the holidays. Great massage chairs to! I bring my daughters4 & 8 yrs. old to get their nails done once in a while, and they always take great care of them and make them feel just as important as any other customer!

I love this nail Salon! Initially I found them much pricier then your neighborhood salons but, they are efficient! Friendly! Professional and Always make me feel Special and catered to...thats what a spa is suppose to do! The staff are happy and smiling- on time with appointments and the place itself is clean and not rushed, very tranquil. I get my eyelashes done here and they do a very natural and great job with them, Im always complemented on the natural way they look
