Very nice and very convenient way to get to the airport. Instead of taking Uber or driving, just get on at your nearest light rail stop, then get off here, take the bridge and then take the train over to the airport. Definitely the cheapest way to get to the airport and not a bad choice at all. The station is clean and the overhead walkway connecting the light rail station to the SkyTrain terminal is very nice as well.
Used the station to get to Convention Center from PHX in November 2022. As pointed out by previous reviews, it seems the ticket machine in the station was often broken - I couldn't purchase the 5-day ticket using the machine that was located in the skybridge. There was no in-person ticketing booth or anyone to enquire as well despite the importance of this particular station as the city's gateway. Fortunately some locals I suppose they were frequent users told me to use the machines at the platform, which turned out to be working in order.
Able to get to the place and easy connection to airport
There is 8 or so, Up to 4 hour meter parking spots on the south side of the train station if you need/want to take the train ride into the airport to pick up a child traveling and there is tons of free pick up parking spots but have to stay w vehicle at those. Train will take you to airport and back. Gets you to the public part of airport and if u have a ticket you can go passed security check points to airplanes. We got frozen yogurt and waited at the arrival gate for a family member. Super neat experience.
This is a fantastic place to use but needs someplace to park so the driver can leave the carto assist people that need some help getting on the train and to a terminal. Forcing people with handicap tags to pay to park for a 30 minute effort is kind of taking advantage.
Get rid of all the freeloading bums and drug addicts!!! So sick of riding in an airtight enclosed area with stinky bums and their garbage, and tweakers flipping out. Why should I pay for the inconveniences of these people that don't pay for their rides? Put a gate around the platform with a pass reader at all platforms or something.

It provides a great connection from light rail to sky train to the airport
Convenient access to the Sky Train. Not enough seating though, and there were several sketchy people loitering around the station.
So convenient for my job
