Fresh food, friendly staff, & a nice atmosphere. I particularly like their cheeses & fresh food corner. I also like that I could buy only 1 slice of pizza, when I fancy it. It’s baked on premise, so it’s always fresh! Their products are not cheap as they come all the way from Italy, but they’re good quality. The photos are from a brunch I had there. Their coffee is too acidic for me, so I got a tea. Paid £14.50 for this. Indoor & outdoor seating & service. Worth a try if you’re in the area!

Highly recommend. Arrived without a booking and Michel accomodated our party of 5. Superb reception, great service, food, wine and beer... and coffee!! I'd recommend the wild brocolli pizza - 10/10 front and back of house. We will be back. Thank you Jh

If you are looking for a different spot to work or grab a quick bite, I couldn’t think of a better place. They have a lovely sandwich and pastry selection that you won’t find anywhere else.

Perfect place for a nice breakfast with good cappuccino and a sandwich or a croissant. Went there twice and both time enjoyed the food and the ambience. Will definitely come back to this place

My partner and I regularly come in here and we do love it, but find it rather expensive and customer service is inconsistent. The fresh bread is really good and reasonable, perfect cannoli every time and the pizza and panino very good. Anything packaged is prohibitively expensive, although good quality. Is it the best Italian deli in London? No. But it cures the homesickness from time to time.

I go there frequently and everything I bought from there was delicious. The quality of their products is just outstanding. It's not a surprise that it's always busy. The atmosphere is also lovely. And now they brought a wide range of panettone! Keep doing the amazing work!

My all time favourite spot whenever I am in Chiswick. Massimo and his team created the most authentic Italian spot with the best genuine service and kind service. Their selection of Italian products makes you feel that you are in Italy; everything is simply perfect including the atmosphere and last but not least their fantastic coffee!

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Their baked good are amazing, it is nice to see the bakers at work too! Nice selection of Italian products including charcuterie and wines.

Went to enjoy a spiritz but one store attendant was very unfriendly. We were trying to find a seat and make an order and he was looking at us in a very unwelcoming manner. He had a few piercings. The other staff were very friendly and welcoming.

As an Italian, I really cannot confirm most of the comments. Prices are outrageous and quality below average. The cooked food is not very good, notably lasagne are super heavy and dry whilst parmigiana is also below average in terms of quality/cooking, lack of taste, undercooked, etc..
