This place is amazing! I’ve been able to chase my dream and make it come true because the 45th parallel is all about growing a small business. Inside this little unique mall, you will find so many start up businesses, salons, and spas. Coffee, shops, sushi, amazing desserts And so much more

This is similar to an Indoor mall.  I side you will find mostly hair salons of all types, "esthetic medical" day spas. So.e clothing boutiques,  a wine bar, a cool chocolate shop, a wedding specialist and photographer.  Inside is also an Amazon locker hub.  It opens at 7am but the businesses inside dont.

Check out this shopping mall full of amazing talent & small businesses.! Come inside there are so many more shops and gems to find!

Cool building, very cute shops and bakery and brewery. Love the boardwalk built around the building and all the little tables and chairs outside.

This is a cool place to go. The Chomp Chocolate Factory place is good. Haven't been on their little tour yet but hope to soon.

Lots of random shops here, great place to stop by once in a while to see what is there.

Sketchy place feels like your gonna get stabbed lots of Botox party flyers.

My girl Morgan has a salon their, I go every two months.

Very nice location and full of a bunch of small businesses. The place is extremely clean and we'll maintained. I would recommend to anyone who wanted to support small business to check them out. Make sure you know to go inside that's were most everything is.

Chomp is great! Also pleasantly surprised with the other shops in the same building. Very industrial feel, but also comfortable family vibes.
