Literally the worst interior service I have ever received at a car wash. The interior of my car looks as dirty after as it did before. I asked for them to wipe all they missed prior to leaving and it was still done poorly. Absolutely would not recommend!Service: Auto detailing
I wanted to give 4th Avenue Car Wash a chance despite all the negative reviews. The reviews are 100 percent correct. I paid $30 for the manager's special only to go home and finish detailing my truck. The body of my truck and windows were left dirty despite after being hand dried with cloths. I guess that's why the manager wants payment before vehicles are washed. If I could give a minus 10 I would. The manager need to retrain his staff they SUCK! I will warn everyone I know to seriously avoid this car wash. Don't take my word concerning this go experience it for yourself. I will enjoy reading your review.
Updated: This place has really gone down hill. My last few visits I have been unimpressed. I have complained and they offer to redo the wash but this is not good service, I shouldn't need to complain--and I definitely don't want to come back. I'm already out of my time and money from the first try. I don't expect a detail job when I come here, but when I pay $40+tip for a car wash I do expect the seats to be vacuumed and the cupholders to be clean. I also expect the windows to be clean. There is some sort of solution or spray on my exterior windows that I can't get off with cleaner. The windows look worse than they did when I got there! I came home and ended up having to vacuum the car out anyways, and now I have jacked up windows I need to figure out how to get cleaned. Columbus is opening new car washes constantly, it's a very competitive market here. I can't believe this place has gone so far down hill from my previous review. 5 years ago: I usually go to Goo Goo car wash on Whitesville road mostly out of habit and because I can vacuum out my car instead of having to pull out my shop vac. Usually there is still gunk on my car, and the mirrors and rear window still have soap on them. So I decided to try this car wash. It was nice. The assistant manager came up to my window to ask which wash I wanted, I told him I've never been there and he introduced himself, shook my hand and thanked me for coming. The exterior of my car was very clean when all was said and done, and it really needed it after a 30 hour road trip I just took it on. The owners are very friendly and take the time to know their frequent customers. My only complaint is I figured they would wipe down my dash/steering wheel but they didn't. Not a big deal though as I keep a Swiffer in the car anyways. I'll definitely go back.
Great place to get your vehicle washed. Everyone is friendly. Sometimes there’s a wait but they move along as fast as they can and still do a good job. Just remember your paying for a set price package and not detailing and they do offer a detailing service.
They hook you up. Showroom shine and clean inside. No complaints.
Was hoping for better paid $40 .the outside was clean and shiny. The inside was bad there was dust on my dash and they didn't vacuum well . Was really disappointed.
False advertising!! We wanted the monthly plan that is posted on their website. We got there & waited in line forever. Richard kept bypassing us, saying he'd be back in a few minutes. Then this young guy came out of the office quoting a price way higher than their website. He went and got Richard who said that his web page was wrong. Told us we can get a monthly plan but first we had to pay $28.00 for a single wash then go home and fill out our form online for the monthly plan. To me, he should have honored what he advertised. We pay good money to keep our new ride clean but refuse to work with shady people!
They have always done a great job with my SUV. Only once I've had to come back because my SUV was not clean properly. Workers are very respectful, courteous and helpful. I just wish they had a disclaimer about not cleaning all vehicle mat when you ask for the works when I asked why my rear mats were not clean, I was told by the owner "we have done a lot for you already. We don't do long mats". Here's some pictures of how your car will look like if you ask for the works. Not worth $34.99
My personal favorite car wash in the area. Always do a great job on my vehicles.
