BUYERS BEWARE! I had an experience that I wanted to share with the public, in hopes of keeping someone else from losing their money. Apparently, if you purchase something in this store that is on sale, even if you have a receipt, they will not allow an exchange of that item. The jacket that I purchased, was certainly not on sale when I purchased it, but because it is now on sale when I took it back, and asked for an exchange - not a return, the incredibly rude woman working at this store stated this item was currently on clearance and as such, no exchange would be given. She did not show me where this policy was posted, and seemed pretty pleased with herself that she was able to refuse to let me exchange my item. So my gift that I purchased for a family member, that I paid full price for, and my family member cannot wear, I am stuck with. I would understand if I was asking for a refund if this policy was clearly posted, however, asking to exchange an item cost this store nothing, and in fact, would have likely made the store money because most customers tend to spend more when they exchange items. I am so disappointed in this store. There are certainly other options out there, and this store has lost a customer.
Pants are quality but this store isn’t. Messy, lack selection in sizing and does not price match or do anything for FR. Might as well order online if you wait on shipping.
This store is awesome. 5.11 tactical is a well known brand and they are known for quality. They carry a wide variety of clothing backpacks. The people that work there are great. They are very knowledgeable. The store is large it's clean. They have a giant Inventory. And their prices very competitive if not cheaper than what you find on the web. It's nice to be able to go on a store and try on a pair of pants see exactly how they're gonna fit you. It's a place you really need to see For yourself.
Bought a pair of pants for work two days ago, but grabbed the wrong size.Have not worn them and still had the receipt. I requested an exchange for the correct size, but the employee refused to take them back.
That store crew are terrible. they never help you and they are sullen. I stopped by on Sunday, it was like they didn't want to work. one lady was old and angry. Another employee seemed to be saying get the hell out. No have some pouch or accessorie for amp72, how is possible ????
Very nicely maintained store. Everything was well organized and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Since it's the clearance store there are a lot of affordable options here if you want to see if you're into the brand.
Great customer service, nice selection of items on stock
Went in a 3 weeks ago looking for a knife for my nephews graduation. Aaron and Fernando were there to help me pick up the perfect Benchmade for his grad gift! These guys were real professionals and really knew their product! I usually shop at the Humble location but I found myself on the south side of town and figured I'd stop in. Store is 4 times bigger and had a lot of product you don't normally find at other locations. Anyway, thanks guys for helping pick out the right knife, my nephew loved it!
Bought flashlight. Nice selection of all kinds.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Westheimer 511 store has the best customer service.
