Amazing customer support! I purchased a peplink cellular router several months ago and started having a problem with it last week. I called support and spoke with Valerie who walked me through several diagnostic steps and then connected me with peplink tech. Sorted out the issue in one day and arranged another router to be sent the next day. 5GStore people could teach verizon a thing about customer service.  Customer for life! Thanks Valerie.
