Very friendly staff, always kept clean. Yet very scarry place. Entrance seems like entering a dungeon. Crumbling concrete everywhere, difficult navigation, sometimes long lines to get out. For what seems like a year signs announce renovations but nothing seems renovated? Fantastic and very warm skywalk access, but iffy sounding elevator . Long walk to the Financial center, free validated parking for YMCA visitors.
Height clearance signs are not accurate. Cleared the entrance sign made it all the to the 5th floor where my brand new truck then scrapped a beam that is lower the rest of the parking structure. Probably will cost around $2,000 to fix. After the concert took almost 2 hours to get out. I'm hoping I can talk to someone tomorrow.
Scarry. Homeless sleeping in the elevator areas . Got attacked by one. Car broken into. No video cameras. They never make any kind of security rounds. Cannot go out there at night. And even during the day you gotta carry your mace. Absolutely pointless for the money we pay every month
They clearly don't care about the people that park here. All of the convenient spots near the crosswalk are marked "permit only" without any hours given, so you're risking getting towed parking there even when every single spot is empty well past business hours. They have three exits, but one is for permits only 24h/d, one has been out of order for weeks, and the only one us "regular" folks can use has a new system that confuses everyone, so you end up waiting in line for 10 or more minutes while the people in front of you try to figure it out. I've been parking here for a year and never had to wait for more than a minute to exit the ramp, now several times in the past two weeks I've not only waited for 10 or more minutes, but at least three times have run into another hour and had to pay extra because of waiting for people to figure out the new system, with no sympathy from the operator, who clearly knew I had been waiting because they just spent 10 minutes helping the people in front of me. UPDATE YOUR EXITS!!
As a Wellmark YMCA member, have parked in this ramp for three years on an almost daily basis. The parking card and gate system is atrocious with your card not working the vast majority of the time when you are trying to exit the ramp when staff are not present. Only use the ramp because I have to and would highly recommend utilizing alternative parking options.
Easy Skywalk access, inexpensive parking. Caution in the stairwells, sometimes the floor gets been used as a urinal. Pleasant cashiers.
Convenient parking lot close to The Y - Wellmark fitness gym and to the Hy-vee Hall.
It's not posted anywhere, but if you try to park your motorcycle here a little man with a cigarette in his mouth will come yell at you until you leave.
Real handy to skywalk. Great place to park in shade and for free for most weekend events.
Have staff at the exit keeping an eye on our vehicles. Feels safe when Im leaving at 1030pm
