I went to Daytona Bike week this year looking for something to satisfy my needs when riding my bike. I finally found this companies display at the speedway and decided to buy one of the all season cool rider jackets. While I was pessimistic, I'm extremely happy with the quality and customer service representative at the location.
6th Gear gave me the most horrendous buying experience in my long life. Their sales staff one in particular is obnoxious and needs to go back to customer relations school. Their products are very poor quality with stitching unravelling and zips breaking. NEVER AGAIN.
Order jacket in Nov 2017 , spoke to someone in Dec who promise me my jacket will be shipped and arrive before Christmas. Still waiting. called many time voicemail is full. NOT VERY HAPPY!!!!
