The 7-Eleven is in a good location. It has a gas station and convenience store. The store was organized and well stocked. I did not buy any of the fresh food that was available so I can’t comment on that. There were two cashiers keeping the line moving. They were friendly, helpful and professional. There’s plenty of parking and easy access to the store.
Went to pick up an order. The rudest person I've ever come in contact with. She should be fired. They way she spoke to everyone was appalling.

When asked for her name none was given!! & Elsy I believe trash should be her name From what her co worker stated her name was does not like her job didn't not want to follow the advertisement she has no culture probably only speaks English and looks busted & body is all shot at a young age mind you I asked the trash nicely when trying to buy the 2 for $2 pizza she stated angrily I "have 2 meat pizzas there and I'm not making anymore until there sold the pizzas they look 5 hours old!!!!when I got tired of working for 711 I quit and started my business elsy your a bum for doing what u did go find another job if you don't like your job disgusting woman!!!! ok Folks don't spend not $1 here go somewhere where this trash worker isn't !!! Thank God she's at a gas station and not making actual MONEY!!!
Was just there and the female was so unprofessional and rude. She was talking on phone and she refused to serve me because she wasn't done on her phone.
You know the first job I had when I came to Florida was at 7-Eleven and I love that job but then of course I had to go to sales even though I had a bad experience with babe and then look where it led me to then I wish I never would have quit 7-Eleven I'd probably be a manager at this point now I'm just stuck here outside the 7-Eleven outside near where I used to live dying because I'm reporting fraud cover up in Broward county love you girls even have a bum a pair of shorts while working there
Tonite is the second time in two months I was told I can’t park in the 7-11 parking lot while deliveries are being made. Won’t come back after living here twenty years. First, I don’t know when their deliveries are scheduled and, more importantly and secondly, I can’t imagine what they’re having delivered that no one can see within 300 feet of the door. Shady.
Unfortunately this 7/11 decided to laugh and mock my partner when they were trying to pay for a coffee and get money for the bus. They mocked that the nft reader wasnt working and "thinking you have money on the cards. This wouldn't be an issue if its not an issue on our end..... you trans people are all the same. Expecting things your way and when it doesnt work your way you get upset." While AGAIN just trying to pay for a coffee and get bus money. I hope this isnt new policy for how to speak with others while they shop
I came here this morning Sept 5 to pick up a breakfast sandwich that I know can be heated in the microwave or in the oven that every 7-Eleven has. I bought the sandwich and I asked the store associate currently working there if she could heat this up for me. She told me we have a microwave you can heat it up there. I went to the first microwave I saw and realized that there’s something wrong with the microwave. I went and found another working microwave and heated it up. I told the store associate it would help if you have a sign on the microwave that is not working that it’s out of order. She rudely answered me saying that there is a microwave working. I said as a store associate it is your job to at least put up a sign to say that it is not working because that is what I do and not to argue with the customer when I point this out. I’m training now as a Store Hwy Associate at 7eleven and that is what I’m learning to do. She said why would you freak out because the microwave is not working. So I said yes part of customer service is not to argue with people and to help them understand and have agency to heat up food they get. I told her the truth that I’m also a store associate and Customer Service according to corporate is not to argue with people but to say thank you for letting me know that is a good idea to have a sign up that says that the microwave is not working she then told me that I have a big problem this woman is not customer friendly nor was she trained properly this is very sad.
