Never been a 24 hour location as listed. Hours are whenever they feel like it. Not mad it’s closing for good.
They are not 24-hours as advertised. Tried to shop at midnight on Saturday and they were closed. Had to walk 3 blocks to Dash In on the other side of the tracks. - it’s fine if your not open 24/7 but update your hours.
This 7-Eleven is closed down now the store clerk was very rude and not professional to his customers. I’m glad they shut him down immediately. He was not doing his job properly and he was fired so they shut it down completely. He gets no stars his customer service was very poor and no Professionalism at all.
Went there to cash in a scratchoff and grab a ticket for the mega. Store clerk wouldn't serve me because I wasn't standing in the "correct line". He so rudely and loudly, stated he was going help the guy that came in the store after me because he was standing in the "correct line". He assumed that I'd been at that store before and knew about the different lines, well he was wrong. I politely said thank you and walked out. There are bunch of 7-eleven stores in the area save your money and go elsewhere for better customer service and to be spoken to like a human being.
I'm worried about the mental state of clerk on duty at 3:30 pm 7-11, on 1801 Pennsylvania Ave., Wilmington, DE on Jan.6, 2022. Man on duty used rude, incoherent remarks, hollering at my 11yr old grandson, making him cry. The boy was paying for an $8.00 bill. After i approached asking the clerk to explain what happened he said nothing coherent and ordered us out to never come back! I fear the man is a danger to himself and the public. Someone may not react safely to such bullying.. After posting this bad experience with my Neighborhood, I saw many similar responses relating similar experiences with this mean, nasty person. Of course none of us will return to this 7/11 unless the man is fired and receives help. Actually no stars would be the perfect review of this disrespectful encounter.
The cashiers were very friendly, kind and nice. I will definitely use this store as my go to convenient store.
I have tried to send this via the contact link. I have been having the strangest experiences at particular 7 Eleven at 1801 Pennsylvania Ave, Wilmington, DE 19806. There have been several times when I entered the store to play the lottery. Not only do I have to wait for a long period of time but when I do receive service I am told that the lottery machine is down or closed. Today I was told that they only sell Power Ball or Mega Million tickets. There is a sign outside of the 7 Eleven that states Delaware Lottery Play all games. I do not understand. As a resident of the state I have never been told this information at any other lottery stand.
Took an Uber all the way there around 3am from DuPont children’s hospital because my 4 year old son needed some Vicks because he couldn’t breathe and despite the website saying 24 hours and the store lit up there was a lock on the door with no employees! I want who ever owns this shut down immediately for false advertising! I have pictures and videos and I’m looking who to contact! I want my money for my Uber back and I want a very public apology to my son!
Indian-American Employee in the store always jips us. We bought a drink on our first visit and it was buy-one get one free. My boyfriend forgot to grab it and mentioned it to the cashier after he purchased it a minute ago. The employee said he would not honor it because he has to make another transaction. Our second visit, he purchased 2 taquitos and only received one. The employee ever gives out receipts of any transactions to of items we purchase. In my transaction, on the same visit, he doesn’t prepare the food before my purchase. It almost seems like he is not even getting them items I pay for. The store is dirty, there are hazards everywhere with palettes of sodas and merchandise all over the walkways at all hours of the day; this goes for you our multiple random visits. This is the worst 7-11 i have been in in my entire life.
I dont often leave bad reviews, but if I could leave this place no stars I would. Staff is rude, site is filthy. I went in to purchase a soda which ended up being flat -there were no other customers in the store, and the three staff that were there couldnt be bothered to look up from their conversation to ring me up. When I tried to get their attention in a polite manner, the Male behind the counter spoke to me in an incredibly condescending manner. Not sure if this is a cultural issue or if the staff here are just ignorant, but either way, I would recommend staying away!!!
