The staff and management allow non-service dogs into this food store. This is against Public Health rules. I have already contact corporate and Public Health. I really don’t want dog fur in my hotdog. Thanks.
Used washroom - so so clean Counter guest seemed she was in a rush and didn't want to be there. I asked her about a coke product and her response was informed, impolite, obtuse. I'm sorry 711 is having these challenges in Thorold Ontario It was at approximately 740pm Oct 19th 2022
Please bring back the frog water slurpee flavour. I beg. I would do anything for it. I hate driving all the way to north end St. Catharines for a frog water. Please. Please. Please. Please. Please. Please.
Terrible customer service experience. I'm a regular at this 7-11 for the past 2 years and I regularly come in to use or exchange a few American bucks to Canadian and the cashier jigar or something was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me and my wife. I've been there may times and was never forced to purchase something when exchangeing US to Canadian.
Why is the gas price at $133.6 and everywhere else in Niagara falls ont at $1.27.9? Should be equal. The difference doesn't make any sense at all

Almost every other evening I get a ICED Mocha, and Everytime my experience with Kathy has been very plesant. She is nice like a cup cake, and i always see her patiently serving customers with a smile. She make every bad day into a delightful experience. I will suggest to have her as a customer service example and and trainer.
Worst location in the area. Overcharged me for food that wasn’t even prepared properly. Would rather drive to the Lake street location for gas and food
Someone needs to remind this owner that 7/11 sells the lowest possible quality gasoline to meet the 87/89/91 octane standards. The gas prices at this stations are higher than ALL other gas stations that actually sell Top Tier gas....
DO NOT ENTER THIS STORE IT IS NOT SAFE!!!! I was in this store today Aug. 3/20 and had to stand in line to pay for gas for 15 mintutes, with many other people some being elderly!, while a woman NOT WEARING A MASK was allowed to have a stack of lottery tickets checked!!! I will never shop at a Seven Eleven again!!!
