This is by far thee most ghetto 7 11 I have ever been to. I hate coming here but it is the closest one to me. If I have the time, I definitely go out my way to go to another store. The mornings are the worst. The lady that works in the from black woman and heavy is not there to help at all. She talks on the phone discussing her personal life about her "baby daddy", living situation and pure gossip. I don't wanna know why you have to sneak into a home to see the father of your child. She is also extremely rude to the customers. She is very quick to remind you how you can't do a damn thing about her working there. I don't even bother looking at her because my face will show the look of pure disgust. I believe she may also work at another location if I'm not mistaken. Anyways, she may need a little training on customer service because "this ain't it!". I think the position that best fits her is to be a Corrections Officer and use that nasty attitude towards those inmates.
Possibly the worst 711 visit I've ever had. The bathroom was disgusting. I took pictures but I don't even think it would be appropriate to post them here. The winos that couldn't even speak properly because they were so drunk inside the store were asking me about selling food stamps or something. I couldn't even understand him. There was over 15 people on line. Just a very uncomfortable and unsafe experience during the daytime. I had an interaction with one employee that was mopping the floor and he was very kind Trying to help me find the item I wanted. They didn't have the item and I left. If they had the item I probably still would have left because the clientele were pretty loud & awkward and I would not have wanted to wait on that long line.
No soap in the restroom. The store was pretty trashed. There was a hot dog on the floor. I could hear the cashier on her phone from across the store. She didn't greet me or even say a word to me as she checked me out. Good thing I'm just passing through this is a disgrace to sev. I can easily bypass stopping here again in the future. Management needs to get it together.
Came to the store I'm the employer working at 7:11 lock the door and wouldn't let me in Stating that is taking A 10 minute break I've been here for 20 minutes still and he hasn't opened the door, very rude And does not care about 711 or his job
It’s the worst place to shop no bathrooms never available I just Going to contact the health department to close this place they need to have bathrooms available to the public that’s the law
Can't pay at pump you won't see me wait in line and my card didn't go all the way in one of the pumps the next still said see cashierk never again last time I go to a seven eleven
Danny S wrote a review two months ago that talked about the hours of this 7-Eleven store I have to agree I have been stopping by this store on a regular to pick up items for a friend that works nearby late midnight shift. It always seems that this 7-Eleven is closed I can never figure out what their hours is supposed to be I thought it was 24/7 also. I stopped going to the store about 3 months ago because it just wasn't going to be possible to get anything here during the overnight hours. I've also seen employees in the store just chatting with each other and ignoring customers at the locked door. I hope this has been resolved but I am not optimistic.
If you have been making pit stops at local 7-Eleven stores for your entire life, like myself, then you already know 7-Eleven is renowned for being a 24 HOUR "convenience" store. They are ALWAYS open, 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. There is no need to check online ahead of time to make sure that they're open or potentially cause an accident trying to Google them on your cell phone for that particular store's hours. They have all adopted the same business model as a franchised store, so they're all the same and always open. Aren't they? WRONG. You'd be hard pressed to guess what convenience store you are in if the sign with logo and familiar colors weren't visible at this 7-Eleven store and gas station. This is the only 711 that I've ever heard of that closes every single night, Puts a hand written cardboard sign that is about 6 by 4" up in the door saying that they are closed temporarily for cleaning and restocking purposes lol. Then you look up and you see employees in the store not cleaning or restocking or restocking but simply doing their damne is to ignore the customers knocking on the doors and windows attempting to offer them their business, AKA money. They do not close at the same time every night nor do they stay close for the same amount of time so there is no schedule or consistency this is just willing to leave laziness Dennis based on how long they want to sleep planner phones and smoke weed on the clock. Talk about poor customer service. Smh. If you find yourself at this particular 7-Eleven at any given time between the hours of 11 PM and 5 AM then i wish you good luck, if you're hoping for more than just gas. Oh, and I surely hope you can pay at the pump without any issues at all any with the pump because you will wait anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours for assistance. Poor assistance I might add. LAZY AF.
1:39 am "the bathroom is closed " thats why wawa is taking over 711 .
They blast opera music on outdoor speakers near the entrance. A form of cultural enrichment which seems to do a pretty good job of keeping bums from loitering outside and hitting patrons up for money. Out of about 10 visits, I've only been solicited once, and sadly, I only had my debit card. Shame, as that Turandot aria had me feeling generous.
