Just got harassed for reheating my foodground beef and rice using the microwave that is accessible for customers. There are tons of truck/delivery drivers that use the 7/11 to reheat their food or use the restroom. I have used microwaves in so many different locations and no one has ever complained except for this store. I will be uploading the confrontation very soon, and will also file a complaint to headquarters. It's ridiculous, if you don't want ppl to use it, then keep it behind your counter or make HUGE sign that says no outside food allow or something like that. Would hate to know that I was discriminated against by another minority group. Very unprofessional.
Everything here is about $.50 to $1 more expensive than any other 7-11. They are straight up ripping you off
Wow this place has went under the hot chocolate has not been working in weeks the coffee is cold like how is it cold and they don't have everything and one of the cashier's shorted me and my cousin and he has over changed me I noticed and said something and he thinks it's funny they are on the the verge of having a lawsuit dropped on them this is so sad I don't know what happened in the last six or seven months but this is disturbing and it really needs to be fixed I've came there three times within the last couple of months and the gas wasn't even working please fix it @ 7-Eleven this use to be a good one I don't know if it's under new ownership but wow not good not good at all 7-Eleven
Love 7/11 so much!!! No other slushie or icee hits as hard as theirs! Has been, is, and will always be my favorite gas station! Their hot chocolate is also soooooo good! Perfect on a cold winters day!
DO NOT USE THE ATM MACHINE! My card was duplicated by the next day after using their machine!
Update: it's been weeks, there's been no response. The reply to the review was nothing but a performance for the public. They have made 0 indication that there will be any changes at this store. Thus I maintain my position that this store is highly dangerous to visit for any marginalized person. Coming to this store could potentially lead to a deadly interaction with the LA county sheriff's dept. . ---- Counter staff seems to want to get autistic people harmed by the police. I was making a phone call in my car and he called the police on me after I spent $50 I'm taking this complaint to 711 corporate and never shopping in this store again. Once again, the man working behind the counter has a vendetta against people with autism, pure evil!!!
Look at my other review, somehow they made it go to the bottom. This place is dangerous to any marginalized people. They call the cops on you for texting in the parking lot in a parked car even if you bought a full tank of gas and overpriced drinks.
They never refill their hand sanitizer stations, one is completely missing, hello, we’re in a pandemic here! Their squeegee solution/water is always dirty, and the thing that bugs me most is that they never allow you to print a receipt at the pump. The receipt paper is never loaded and they’ll make you go inside to get a copy. The gas here is usually the least expensive around. But the afternoon/evening clerk isn't the most friendly. It's like he hates his job and can't stand customers. He's not rude just gives off that vibe.
The cashiers are indifferent. One of the guys just watches movies on his phone while attempting to properly ring you up. The other guy pretty sure he's the owner is usually doing anything else he can while trying to ring you up. And there's a third guy I've seen a couple times, and he seems to not understand that the rest of the world exists. All of them make a 2 minute visit become 10 minutes. The store is often in complete disarray, and the registers are so cluttered with other products it becomes difficult to put two cans on the counter. The gas is the only reason I come to this location, and that's gonna change real soon.
STOP SMOKING INSIDE THE STORE!! You guys can't hide it, it stinks and I can see the cashier trying to hide it when I came in. It must be policy for every employee to be on their phone while ringing you up. This place is ridiculous. Stop throwing my stuff on the counter, get off your effing phone, and be a human being!!!
