The overall building is gross inside, floor is caked in dirt and sticky residue everywhere, and the donut case full of Gnats. In addition there was an old man looming around next to the register I hope was the manager. Then we were charged an extra large slurpy, because I tasted a sip and threw it away bc it was gross, almost off. I was hoping for a nice experience but was left with one of the worst. If I could give it Zero stars I would. Save your time and money, there are better options.
I’ve gone here countless times because it’s the most convenient place to go around the Rowan campus, but “open 24 hours” is just a blatant lie. if you’re going to have altered hours, at least tell customers. I just end up wasting my time taking a walk there at like 11pm and there’s no sign or anything, it’s just closed with the lights off. second, there was a time they had an “apply now” sign outside, and when I asked about it, the employee looked confused and surprised. I had asked, l asked, “then why is there a sign?!”. I have no choice but to go here, but you’d be better off going to the convenience store at Prof’s Place during the school year, or going to the Wawa on Delsea. so annoying.
Why on God's green earth does the website say you are open 24 hours but every single time I come here between 1am -5am the door is locked???????????? Are you open 24 hours or aren't you??????
Just moved to Glassboro in the last year and have been to the 711 in Rowan a lot. I’m so done with this place!! Twice I’ve bought expired food here, once I was told they wouldn’t make a pizza unless I bought at least 5 pieces and today went to buy an item that was clearly marked ALL OVER THE STORE as being on sale and the cashier just told me “I don’t know” and insisted I pay full price. I left and won’t be back
Not like my 7-11 down the street. Not clean. Asked why my refill coffee was more, got an excuse first told it was over.... like a promotion. Then was told that is a company store and this one is a franchise. I've been in the store shortly when it 1st open it was nice clean and organized. I can see where the franchise part affected it, not impressed.
Went there today. There was an employee out front who began screaming at people crossing the road to see if their intentions were to come to the store. Then she turned to me and rudely stated that I couldn’t go in because they were closed while there were a decent amount of people in the store. I get that it was busy but you shouldnt advertise 24/7 and then have a melt down when you have a couple groups of people come in at the same time. I’ve been to a seven eleven in the middle of the eagles riot in philly so obviously this one can handle 10 college students in their store at one time.
May 26th, 2019. Got here at 7:45PM and saw a sign that said be back in 10 minutes. It’s now 8:02 and whoever is in charge is still not back. I saw countless of customers leave because they got tired of waiting. They should have at least 2 employees at the store especially when it’s such a busy 7-Eleven. First time here and it will definitely be my last time.
All the workers there are pretty nice. The food and drinks they sell are not.bad for the price, especially of you are only getting a quick bote to eat.
So much for being open 24 hours . Went there tonight and it was closed. I waited for at least 20 mins and nobody ever came smh. I guess that’s what happens when you hire college kids. SMDH
South Jersey needs more 711's the app is great too. This location has outdoor seating.
